I tried their new chicken tacos. Great flavor but disappointed that the chicken was about the size of my thumb. It was only $3+, but I’d rather pay more for a chicken strip that was, at the least, the length of the flour tortilla. Or give me an option to upsize ????
Their manager Pam does not know how to read their bill. I do not need the extra 20 cents you charged. I was informing your staff the price was incorrect but to not to say sorry is rude. Also to be laughed cause I brought it up is immature but what is mature is to find someone who can correct it instead of belittling your own customers. Clearly the $2.79 on the printed receipt (it is on the menu board as $2.59) does not include taxes the taxes are listed on the bottom maybe the franchise owner would like to train their manager so they can also train their staff. Hopefully they can provide food safety better than customer service.
I went to Zaxbys in Eufaula, AL yesterday as I do very often but yesterday's experience was extremely bad!!!
So much so that I'll never go back there! We ordered our food and got to the window to pick it up and the young boy had our drinks mixed up. He didn't know which was one was which! So we had to open the lids and taste them to determine what drink it was! As we were doing this the manager came out and rudely screamed at us that "we have received our service and we needed to go". This was the Manager on duty!!
This is a terrible way to treat your customers!!
We were given the wrong drinks and no sauce for our chicken!!! This is unacceptable treatment and awful customers service!!
So we paid for food we didn't get but got treated rudely by the management!!
Crazy ...They'll never get my service there again!
Good chicken tenders and a large chicken salad. The salad was huge and big enough for 2-3 people. Very friendly cashiers and the place was clean. They had a person who kept up bussing the tables. I like to see that.
Every time I get my food it's something wrong with it or I'm missing something I paid for. Still the same four years later. No napkins in the bag. My taco got enough ranch to fill up a bottle. It was running all down my arm and I didn't have any napkins. I didn't get the strawberry dip for my cheesecake bites. And I live 30 miles away.
I ordered food for a family of 5. All the food was correct and hot. The spicy chicken sandwich was good and surprised its not mentioned along with the other competition. I didn't notice they had a peach sweet tea until after my order was placed and fulfilled and the cashier had no problem substituting a drink out for it. I will say this..the peach tea may be the best beverage I've had in my life. I'm glad there's no Zaxbys in my area because I'll be hooked on it. That's all I wanted to drink after visiting.
Such an iconic destination with signs that might be from you or your parents past, pieces of history, and stand-out chain Chicken Fingerz. A place for the family to eat and enjoy with a wide array of sauces for all the tastes.
Used the drive through orderd two four piece chicken finger plate grilled with half and half tea. We received fried chicken finger plate the Cole slaw was warm and dry.
