I understand that they have charge for extra sauce but if I pay for it then at least give me a cup of sauce instead of a couple drops.
Upon our arrival to Greensboro we decided to eat at Zaxby's before hitting the water park. It was my first time eating here. For the wife she had ate there one time before.
The food was neither good or bad. Something more neutral in the middle in my opinion. Nothing stood out in nothing was really memorable.
What was memorable was the customer service experience at the drive through window. The employee was lack luster and basically mute to any friendly greetings. We ordered, we weren't ask if we wanted any condiments, like ketchup for the super thick fries that we quite dry when trying to eat. We were given our order in a timely manner and sent off with complete silence, when after I said thank you.
Again the food was not bad. There was just nothing memorable about it to bring us back in line, especially with the drive through experience.
Manager refused to allow me to exchange freezer burnt boneless wings for traditional wings. It was an easy fix; I could have paid for the additional price in traditional! Whatever you do just save yourself the trouble than dealing with unpleasant service.
I went through the drive thru line. My order was fine. The service was okay. The only issue is that I ordered 5 chicken strips and an order of ranch buffalo chicken fries. When I pulled up to the window and I got my food, I asked for a BBQ sauce and he told me that would be 25 cents.
"I don't get a sauce with my chicken strips?"
He said you do not get any sauce when you only get strips and not the combo.
"What do you mean? I got chicken strips, shouldn't I get a dipping sauce with it?"
"You don't get it with just strips."
I made a face and then he looked around and slipped me one.
Now when I got my food home, I saw there was a Zax sauce in the box, but I did not know that or want a Zax sauce.
I do not usually have such a hard time at other Zaxby's locations, just this one. The food was good, but the service was sub par. The guy did give me the sauce, and I do not fault him for trying to follow policies, however, why would someone who ordered chicken strips not be entitled to 1 sauce of their choice?
DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!This place needs a WHOLE new staff!!!! They gave me some old food, right when they open!
The manager and them weird employees that get upset with you because they messed up my order. I was polite and the manager an staff had a attitude with me. I won't ever come back, it's ridiculous how they treat paying customers. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
First time eating at Zaxbys and am not impressed. Chicken fingers were tough, fries soggy and the Zak sauce isn’t great either. Only giving 2 stars due to how quick the order came out. Would have rather spent my money at Chick-Fil-A right up the street.
Sandwich was gooey and not done all the way ????
they gave me a meal and didn’t put any fries in it like ?
