This place has amazing food it came out hot and ready. Very friendly cashier who helped me with a smile. I love the atmosphere. Has comfortable plush black leather seating with a little history mixed into the decor as well. It's very warm and inviting. 10/10 experiance
Very specific order placed and it’s correct on receipt (receipt pic posted) but incorrect in preparation and delivery.
Sandwich ordered plain, received with lettuce and ranch and was not fully cooked.
Ordered extra seasoning on fries and they had no seasoning.
Definitely a waste of money.
Not eating here anymore. Never can get an order right or if they do it’s old food or they screw you over. The one in clarksville is so much better.
We waited and had to call from the curbside to ask for our food when it still had not come out almost 10 minutes late. They made a joke and said sorry so and so can't read. Ok, no big deal. We head out down the road. They forgot to give us a sandwich. Five minutes down the road we realize we are missing an item. I called back and they said I'd have to turn around and come back for a refund, or they have it there waiting for me. Sorry, a long road trip doesn't need to be any longer than it already is. I think we are done with Zaxbys.
Usually have a good experience, love the peach tea, but today they gave my online order to someone else and hemmed and hawed about replacing it. They should check for proof before letting orders leave building.
I went for boneless wings but they were out until tomorrow so I got the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries and I just paid $8.47 for this!! I guess they are changing their portions but not lowering the price!!
Never … I will never eat there again. There was a mouse inside the restaurant and the employees were not surprised, so I can understand that it is normal for them to have mice.
As much as we love Zaxby's, we will *never* order from this location again. Placed an online order and it didn't give the pick up time (which was 55 mins later!) until after we paid. Went to pick it up and I've been sitting here for 45 more minutes. It's 2 salads and a chicken strip meal. We've lived here for 4 months and we have tried to eat here 5 times now and each time is more disappointing than the last. Worst service ever!
