Nice place for fast food chicken. Food was great and the service was too. If you've never been there I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.
This is a good Zaxby's. They were fast even though they were extremely busy. The food was prepared well and taste great.
My experience at this Zaxby’s was unlike any other that I’ve visited in the past. The food was good but the staff seemed very disengaged with the customers. The cashier who took my order seemed sad as if they didn’t want to be there. There was trash on the ground in multiple places. It’s possible I went on a busy day but it wasn’t a good representation of this chain.
Amazing. It was a heavy, busy lunchtime, and the staff blew through so much hard work and customers. Food was hot and fresh and the order was correct. ???????????????????????? Nov 26th.

These are the driest nuclear boneless wings I ever had.
There was a young man taking our order at the drive thru and another lady interrupted and interfered asking what we wanted. Once we pulled up to pay and get our order one of the employees looked terrified. Felt so sorry for him.
At leas the lady told us to have a nice day (that’s why the one star and for the young man who nicely was taking our order before she interrupted). Had never had this happen to me before.

It’s a nicely decorated restaurant and it was clean, but I found the food to be way too salty and the staff left a lot to be desired. We arrived over an hour before closing and the cashier was obviously irritated that we were not getting our food to go. Throughout the next 15 minutes of dining in, staff would check around the corner to see if we were still there, and then walk off annoyed. It was very odd and I would not go back.
The drive-thru lady was rude and clearly didn’t know how to do her job. She rang up all our food separately, making it more expensive. Then, when I asked for Zax sauce, she straight-up lied and said it was in the bag when it wasn’t. There was zero southern hospitality—definitely wouldn’t recommend going there.
