Best WLM Reviews
Zaxby’s has really good and well seasoned chicken tenders that would give Raising Canes a run for its money. I love there signature sauce and the lady working the register was so friendly. My only problem is the bathroom was nasty and the place could have been cleaner.
Ordered a curbside pick up. Not mad at that I had to actually go inside and pick up our meal, but got home to see that they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon added but no grilled chicken. SMH. Not sure if we now have to ‘add’ grilled chicken to a grilled chicken sandwich.
I don't usually leave reviews unless it's for the good, but this restaurant needs management to step in.
It's never clean, food is cold, hair in the food, and they don't give you the amount of food you are suppose to get in an order. This particular order had hair on the wings, 2 tenders and 2 tiny bits that's were suppose to be full size tenders. Calhoun is way better. They should take note. This restaurant is nasty.
When you pay this price, it should be clean and good.
I am currently sitting here waiting on my order and second guessing why I even stay. I am traveling and I had run straight into rest room when arrived. It was surprising how much attention this restroom needed. As I walked out all I could hear is my shoes litterally sticking to the floor as I walk up to place order. My husband is waiting there for me and immediately says "these floors are disturbingly dirty." We order any way as I am starving. Trying to get back on the road. As we go to find a seat it is hard to even find somewhere clean to sit. I wipe seats and table off with napkin tell kids to eat and let's get out of here. It so so sad how people just don't want to put forth any effort anymore. This place needs someone out here asap. They are failing terribly.
This was AMAZING! I have a peanut allergy and used to not be able to eat here but we researched again and could! It was a great first experience! The service was awesome and atmosphere was nice and calm. If you like Raising Canes this is a great dupe! Very much enjoyed! Thank y’all!
Dirty, disorganized. Waited in line, ordered, then was told they only are taking cash. Sat on a booth bench and it collapsed (I weigh less than 140), ice machine doesn't work, all of the juices were out from the drink machine, took almost 30 minutes to get our food. Fries were cold. Nuggets were barely warm.
Worse zaxby's I've ever experienced. Not really the employees fault, they were working hard as they could. The manager let the place run out of napkins, drinks and zax sauce & the entire store was nasty
I don’t remember the names but this African American young man and this young lady with blond hair gave me the best customer experience I’ve ever received in this Zaxbys. I had a fry missing from my order and they stopped what they were doing to make sure I was able to get what I was missing. They was respectful and well mannered. They apologized for the mistake and told me to have a nice day. That light up my whole night. They both honestly deserve a raise. Will definitely come back
