Yo, Zaxbys employees need to give the consumer the food that is appealing to the eye as well as the taste. I’m highly disappointed about the appearance and portion of the food. You get ten fries. The chicken wings were so small they looked like they cooked the birds off the trees outside. The grilled chicken sandwich chicken was black as hell and didn’t have any tomatoes on it. The buns were covered and in white sauce go figure. The buns also had holes in them like they were in a drive-by shooting. Please get your ish together! The prices are too high nowadays for this type of service.
I ordered 4 fingers and fries. Received 2 chicken nuggets, 2 fingers, and a handful of cold unseasoned fries. For $10 I expect better
Stopped by the drive thru tonight. Ordered their newest item, the vegetable egg rolls, and I also ordered the loaded chicken, bacon, ranch, cheese fries.
The egg rolls were delicious, then they give you a sweet & spicy sauce that goes great with the rolls.
The cheese fries were delicious, and hot. They give you enough to share with two people. The quick service, was outstanding!
food was good but the girl working the front needs to learn how to do her job or find somewhere else to work. she asked if it was dine in or take out and we answered. she then proceeded to stare at us instead of asking us what we wanted and then snatched cups out of the holder and held them out to us without speaking or looking at us. she never said another word to us. then when our food was ready they never called our name and just left it sitting up on the counter for who knows how long. bottom line is it’s not that hard to say hello, ask people what they want, and tell them to have a good day. do better or don’t do at all.
We were on this side of town so, we placed a quick app order. Other customers were waiting for their food when we arrived and I mentioned that we always order from the app. I also promoted the rewards. Then, we were informed that items we ordered were unavailable. We had to ask about receiving refunds - it would have been more efficient if we had already received the the refund through a gift card. Unfortunately, we had to wait several minutes for the refunds to be issued. What was supposed to be a quick pickup took too long.
This Zaxby's was exceptional today. The drive through was fast and the people were all nice. Onya I'm guessing the manager on duty had them working like a well organized machine!! I will definitely be back for more.
Ordered online and when we got there, they had the doors locked. We went to both doors, called the number three times, nothing. Had to get in the drive thru. When we got our food, we were missing 5 chicken wings, 1 chicken finger, 4 honey mustards, 1 Zax sauce, & 1 ranch. Had to get back in the drive thru. Before we could tell them everything we were missing at the speaker, they were telling us to come to the window. When we get to the window, they walk away before we could finish telling them what we were missing. After they gave us our food, we still had to wait for them to come back to the window again just to get our missing sauces. Completely ridiculous. We had hungry children in the car and spent over 30 minutes just trying to get an order we placed online and was supposed to be ready to pick up inside the restaurant when we got there. They just don’t care and it is so unacceptable. Update: We also didn’t realize they gave us the wrong flavor drink until we got home and we’re still missing the chocolate bar that comes with the Mr. Beast Box & the strawberry sauce that comes with the cheesecake bites but we give up at this point!
Long wait on a pickup order. Missing food. Let large drinks spill all over my person and vehicle. Passenger lemonade was wrong. Buns and fries soggy AF. Idk what a pookie is but was called that after checking in for food ordered.
