My 1st time trying Zaxby’s! Absolutely DELICIOUS! I loved everything! The sauce, coleslaw, tenders, everything was so good! And the dessert was the cherry on top! ???? The service was fast as well. I love Zaxby’s! ❤️
Everything about them is excellent except the color of the paint, the yellow is doll and makes the place look old. But I enjoyed my Zaxby zalad ????
i see why the line stays short here and pack on broad , i just paid $5 for cheddar bites and it’s literally 10 bites in my tray , and when i told the manager he’s talking bout its only 2 scoops .. this is barely one .. just spend the extra wait at the one on broad it’ll be worth it ✌????
Ok how stupid can you be Bernard as a manager you should know that not all of your customers have a clear menu imprinted in their brain. So if you have an employee taking orders at the front door then she must have a menu for customers to view and order.
Why on God's earth would you be so naive to advise a customer that they can't even order at the window if your not answering the drive thru window. And they haven't a clear understanding of what to order. And by the way you forgot our chicken sandwich. Ugh they definitely need a new manager with brains
I had Zaxby’s on Broad St before, and it made me not want to go again. However, I decided to give the other one by the high school a chance . The line was extremely long, which was frustrating because I had ordered my food through the app. When I finally got to the window, the employee was arguing with a customer and ended up giving me the wrong order. I didn’t even get a chance to ask for my drink because she never came back.
Don’t know which one is the Cobb salad but me or my wife got screwed here ????
Last 3 times we ate here, order was wrong or incomplete. Not little stuff, like missing entire meals. It’s an employee problem, they just don’t care. It’s so expensive, not worth them getting your order wrong every time.
I had never heard of Zaxbys but my boyfriend insisted that we go there on our way home from Augusta GA. The food was good. Customer service was great although the wait time was a bit long.
