Service was professional . Food came out fast and hot. I have no pictures of food because I was really hungry. Chicken tenders were good a bit more salt than needed. Bone in wings were good. Bone out good when you hungry
Prepare to pay for half your food missing…won’t be coming back after this. I spent $19 and some change for a FULL salad that I did not get, and half my fries are missing. The only good thing I got was the peach sweet tea.
I like Zaxby’s in general but tonight, the food was terrible. I ordered the Signature chicken sandwich meal with a Diet Coke. The bun on the sandwich looked like it had been run over by a steam roller. The sandwich had been microwaved and I burned my mouth when I took a bite. I couldn’t taste the Zax sauce. The fries were cold and needed more salt and the drink was flat and it tasted like the syrup had run out. Very disappointing.
One of worst Zaxby’s in the area. Poor management! Tenders aren’t fresh, fries without seasoning, flat drinks and toast without butter. I’ve given several opportunities, so this isn’t my first poor experience. Reduce the prices or do better with your quality!

I am however very disappointed on their lack of environmental awareness from the CFL bulbs in their light fixtures (contains Mercury) to the extruded polystyrene cups ( called styrofoam but theyre not, however they ARE a #6 plastic with a chemical after life in the environment of hundreds of years)
I haven't been to Zaxby's in a while and wow it's went down hill. I know the cost of chicken has went up but a basic 5 piece strip meal went up $3 and the strips are half the size of what they use to be. And the servers were virtually non-communicative. He asked me dine in or to go, I said dine in and they put it to go. Very disappointing and no desire to go back really. Things really haven't changed it seems
Parking at this location can be a bit dicey if they have a lot of drive up customers. We went inside for a weekday lunch. The counter servers we talked with were pleasant and efficient. The order came up in a reasonable time. The house salad was a good size and did not have questionable produce. The chicken sandwiches and fries were good. The dining room looked clean and orderly. The drink/condiment station was fine given how many people use it. Overall we had a good visit and will surely return.
Very friendly staff, clean, food was ready quickly, and delicious on top of all that. My first time eating at (or even hearing of) Zaxby's and could not be more impressed!
