This is my second time coming here and I should have learned from the first time my order was cold this time my entire order was cold, the pickles were so hard I could have chipped a tooth! When I called the manager swears she packed the order and it was fine. These pickles are old the fries were cold and the tortilla was hard
I paid $30 to get food delivered to my job and this isn’t worth what I paid for. Food was so disgusting looking that I didn’t even eat it. The wings were so plain and cold and I asked for buffalo sauce. The fries were so hard. If you’re gonna get food get it anywhere else but Zaxby’s. This place honestly needs to be shut down instead of hiring people who don’t even care about their jobs.
My family went to Zaxby’s to pickup salads for dinner. I hadn’t been to this location in over 10 years, but they used to have great service and delicious food. But based on the recent reviews we should have stayed home. The salads are $10 a piece. The Cobb Zalad has everything the House Zalad has but add bacon and egg. Neither one of the salads has bacon, onion straws, and the cheese was missing. We spent $10 per salad and 25 minutes worth of gas for salads that were missing several ingredients. One salad literally had 4 little slivers of cheese on it. And the other didn’t have cheese at all. When we called to advise that we live 30 minutes away we were told just come back tomorrow. When I asked if I could get their name so I can have reference they remained silent on the phone and would not respond. Clearly the caliber of workers is not the same. Horrible customer service, sloppy quality of food. And they clearly do not care. The reviews speak for themselves. Please save your money and give it to the businesses in Lumberton that actually care and will provide quality food. We will never eat at the Lumberton location again.
We stopped by this past Sunday. We got there at 4:05. Based off how long the drive through line was, we figured we’d have a better time going inside to order. We get inside and there’s quite a few people there. We stand in line and finally place our order at 4:20 PM to go. We stood back and watched everyone who’d ordered before us and many people who ordered after us get their food. By 4:45, we still hadn’t received our food. We approach the counter again and ask for a refund because my sister’s memorial services started at 5. The girl who took our order had an attitude about it and went to get her manager. She comes back out and says they don’t have the cheese that was requested and asked said “you can have another cheese, and I’ll see how long it’s gonna take.” 25 minutes and they hadn’t even began to make our order. It wasn’t a huge order. We’d only ordered two sandwiches. When the manager finally comes out, instead of apologizing for now a 30 minute wait, she starts complaining to the person behind me about how short staffed she is while 10+ people are working behind her. It takes another 10 minutes to get the refund. We ended up being late to my sister’s service. I couldn’t believe the unprofessional, disorganized and complete lack of customer service this place has. Also when the girl who took our order went into the back, three other girls and one male popped their heads out from behind the kitchen to point and laugh at me. This place made an already terrible day even worse. Save your money. Save your time. Eat somewhere else. I don’t know know what was more disgusting; the store or the people who work there.
The last few times I've ordered from the Lumberton location it has been horrible. I either get the wrong order & when I go back there isn't any apology or the food isn't edible. The wings are dry & overcooked & the fries are cooked in old grease. It doesn't seem like there is any management in the restaurant no matter what time I go. Just a bunch of kids standing around chatting & maybe 3 people actually working. Today was the last straw & it'll be a long time before I spend my hard earned money at this establishment.
Still sitting in the pull ahead parking spot. Been here 20 min. The lady at the window wouldn’t even speak to us. She just said the total. We asked for ranch and she didn’t even speak back to me. Jess was very nice but the other lady was not. No apology just hear ya go. Gave us our food and only gave us 5 tenders not 8. Also they were out of coke and I had to get tea.
First time. LAST TIME. my fast food order took over HALF AN HOUR. For two of their 'signature sandwiches' which I assumed would be quicker.
This in the middle of a 1200 mile drive. And they weren't all that busy. Customers were demanding refunds and walking out.
Never again.
Meh. Not worth the $11 for my meal. Others in my party didn’t get what they ordered. They had to go back and that was after waiting 20 minutes for food ordered ahead of time through the app. The food was mediocre and just not worth the money that was spent.
