Saddest chicken finger taco I have ever seen in my life....where is the chicken finger? Soggy old tomato 1 slice that is and barely any lettuce with an abundance of avacado ranch. What a waste of money! Wanted to try it being it looked tasty on the drive thru board. Was excited and opened the box to find this!
Fast service. But tenders were super small and chicken wings tasted like they’d been out for a while. Price without a drink was almost $14 and the portions are pretty small now. Waste of money.
I’ve visited this location twice now, and both times my order was missing items, which is frustrating enough, but last night’s experience was so bad I felt compelled to write a review. I ordered a meal for my family through the drive-thru, and when I arrived at the window, the employee handing me my drinks clearly wasn’t happy to be there. She handed me just one drink, and when I asked for a drink carrier because I had four, she rolled her eyes and reluctantly put two drinks in the carrier. When I reminded her about the other two, she shut the window without a word. After a few minutes, she finally handed over the remaining drinks, and I had to put them in the carrier myself.
Then, I was told to pull up to the corner to wait for the rest of the meal. After a 20-minute wait, my food finally arrived—only for me to discover it was incomplete. I went inside to the counter to let them know, and the staff looked visibly flustered and frustrated that I was asking for the items I paid for. To top it off, the same employee kept glaring at me while I waited for the missing items.
This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. Poor service, missing items, and a clear lack of customer care. I won’t be returning.
We pulled into here 15 minutes before they closed and the entire staff could not have been nicer. The food was great and the leftovers were still good the next day.

Me and my mom came here for dinner and the food is really never that good but it was last minute so we didn’t mind. The staff were not welcoming, the girl that took our order thankfully was, we got fried pickles, cheddar fries a Cobb salad and buffalo chick wings we only received 3 ranches 2 for salad and one for my wings. The soda was all horrible flat, and we had to ask for our pickles to be recooked because they were dried out and obviously been sitting for awhile when we asked the cook in the back replied “I just made them” you didn’t. We then asked for more ranch and received one more so I then asked for another and I got another with the response “we need to be charging them 25¢ for sauce as she turned (the manager). Won’t go back don’t recommend definitely better options.
I’ve visited this fast food restaurant multiple times and have always been impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. They truly make you feel welcome and provide excellent customer service. However, despite their great attitude, my order has been incorrect on every visit. It's a bit frustrating to have to check and correct my order each time. I hope they can improve on this aspect because their service is top-notch otherwise.
I had been shopping over at the Walmart in the same lot and it had been a long day. I had a car full of stuff to take home knew I didn't want to cook that evening. Long story shore I decided to give Zaxby's a try. I've been wondering about the place for a while and I'm glad I visited.
I went through the drive-through and checked out the board. Fortunately there was a couple of cars in front of me and that gave me time to acquaint myself with the menu. I ended up ordering the Spicy Signature Sandwich combo and upsized it. It came out to like $10. Totally shocked honestly. The same meal at McD's or Chick Filet would have run me no less than $13-$14.
I took my food home opened it up and was very happy with what I saw. The chicken sandwich was exceptionally filling and there was a ton of crinkle cut fries in the box to. Great experience all around and I'm glad I gave them a try. I'll be back.

Overall I have to rate my experience a 2 stars just due to how poorly the employees treated my fiancé and I. We came in 20 minutes before closing due to problems ordering within the app. We walked up to the front to place our order and an employee ( 16/17 year old boy with brown hair ) at register seemed to have an issue with everything we said and was extremely rude. Kept messing up our order just due to how little he was paying attention (only one meal and a side of tenders to go) , giving us weird looks, and giving us an attitude. One of the Zaks sauces was also punctured in the bag of sauces we received spilling all over the rest of them, which we were charged for. 2 stars because food was decent (have eaten at this zaxbys location multiple times in the past with no issue and really enjoyed the food), had potential but was obviously rushed. Really sad to see that more and more places seem to care less about customer service and find it odd an establishment wouldn’t want to accept business during open hours. This is my review.
