I was hoping to get a response after contacting Zaxby's on Thursday about my raw chicken sandwich. After waiting 48 hours with no response, I feel like this review is necessary. I ordered lunch for my aunt and myself on Thursday and picked it up at 11 a.m. on my to her house in another small town with fewer options. When I arrived to my destination 30 minutes later and unpacked my order, I noticed a huge piece of fat on my grilled chicken sandwich. Disappointed, I broke that part off and decided to eat the sandwich anyway. Then I bit into the raw chicken. It was disgusting, dangerous, and unacceptable. It was also my last few dollars so I couldn't afford to get another meal on the road. I wouldn't recommend any Zaxby's at this point. If you don't get sick, you are lucky.
Stopped by on our way through town to grab some late night road trip food and were quite unhappy when it took 30 minutes to get our food. The lady at the window took her time getting anything from the order out to us and seemed annoyed the entire time. It took a few minutes for anyone to realize that we were still at the window because they forgot part of our order and then when we asked for it the lady closed the window and we could see her laughing with her coworkers and watching videos. Wouldn’t stop again even if it was the last thing open.
The House Zalad is the best. They are generous with the dressing and I get one Zax sauce and an extra finger plus a sweet tea brewed just right. Thank you. Be seeing you next week.
I have the misfortune of working in Washington GA on Wednesdays and those of you who know… know that the food options are slim pickins in Washington.
Zaxby’s seems to be the lesser of the evils of Subway and McDonald’s.
To tell it like it is, this place is NASTY and FILTHY. Not just once in a while, EVERY SINGLE TIME. The floors are disgustingly slippery with grease, the glass on the entry doors are always filthy and have never been cleaned as long as I’ve been coming (about 3-4 months) and I know fir a fact that this is the 5th Wednesday that the soap dispenser in the men’s restroom has been broken. (I sure as hell hope the employees have another place to wash up after restroom visits) I’ve mentioned it to the workers but with the blank look on their faces, I’m not sure if it’s registering.
Come on Zaxby’s- get it together!
I got the normal wings and things for spouse and I, i decided to try out the new chicken philly, the presentation didn't leave me with a good feeling, they crammed the sandwich in a too small container. Not going to say it tasted bad but the Pig&Bull is better. I waited a bit long also,
Highly disappointed tonight. This is suppose to be bacon ranch and cheese fries without their chicken and I get this? This is behavior I expect from McDonald's but Zaxbys really. Come on. $14.52 for this trashcan order of twelve fries. Very very poor quality.
I haven't eaten at Zaxby's in a few years but we were traveling and decided to stop. I ordered a meal that included tenders and boneless wings. It was absolutely delicious and a great value for the money. And of course their sauce is phenomenal
First time here. Friendly welcome, fresh food and cute decor. Staff was cleaning everything while we were there. Overall great experience.
