It's pretty good with some nice seasonings and the fries are even with everything and the food mostly comes out warm. There is a bit of a problem though for me. Sometimes you could just be picking up food and expecting to grab it and go but sometimes you never know how long it would take and sometimes they forget to season it and the tea sometimes tastes a little weird. But, I still love it's food because it's overall nice.
Great salads. Was probably 20 cars in the drive through. I went inside ordered my salad to go. Took maybe 3-4 minutes. Long story short if long line just go inside and order. Probably save you 25-30 minutes or better yet order on line
The food you get is fine (just fine, not great), but this location definitely going downhill.
They regularly forget parts of orders and don’t double-check to make sure they get everything, especially sauces. Sauced-chicken is under sauced compared to how it used to be, and the spice levels on the sauces are not as hot as they used to be. Nuclear is just “sort of spicy.” That may be because there is less sauce now.
The chicken is cooked well, at least.
This was so disappointing. The fries were over salted and under cooked, the tossed in sauce buffalo garlic wings were tossed at sauce and almost missed completely and I tasted no garlic. Thank you Coca Cola for a great drink and Zaxby’s for great service but this visit was a busy.
I found this place to be clean and the staff was very friendly. The food met my standards for taste and presentation. Great job.
Let me start with Ms Rhonda was the best super nice and the staff was amazing! Great food ! And the birthday cake milkshake is back with 3 other flavors ???? ! You want good food and super fast and friendly service this is ya place . GO RED DEVILS ????
Only reason I’m giving it a solid 2 stars because of the food! Whomever that manager was with the braids down her back was very rude to the employee you could tell they all was working hard an sweating good god me an my family sat an had lunch & watched the guys back there & not once were they slacking she was very rude an yes I will be going to cooperate that young man was in the lobby area just in distress I told him I would make it my business for you to keep your job that was completely out of wack something needs to be done about that manager
This particular store was DISGUSTING. We were on a roadtrip and decided to stop here becsuse there isn't many where we live. It smelled mine a locker room when you walk in, the floors in the whole restaurant was sticky, looked like the floors hasn't been swept in a week.
Went to the restroom and one of the toilets was having issues, an employee went in and just played on her phone and didn't bother to fix the toilet situation.
We didn't eat much of our food, we were grossed out. If the seating area looked like that, what does the kitchen look like? Gross.
