Had a great visit at Zaxbys off Columbia road for lunch. Was immediately greeted by the cashiers and our order was taken shortly after. Food was received very quickly. Tenders and fries were hot fresh and tasty, and the toast was made perfectly too. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Zaxbys as everything went smooth. Great location to visit.
Ordered a grilled chicken salad, lettuce was brown and slimy, chicken was hard and grissley, tasted old. I took a picture and tossed it in the trash.
I went in to order my food and immediately I was greeted my beautiful smile from Carolyn!! Everytime I visit this restaurant to order takeout and she’s there. She always has a great attitude and a beautiful smile thank you so much, Carolyn!!
I am addicted to their Chipotle Tacos. They taste great and have protein, veggies, cheese -- a balanced meal that tastes great!!
When I went there, the food was great and the drink was the same. I didn’t see anything dirty. The customer service I got was also terrific.
Can’t believe how terrible this is! I ordered loaded fries and they give me this none sense with no cheese and it looks destroyed! I won’t be going back!
Carolyn went out of her way to welcome us and be three different flavors of kind. Awesome service and atmosphere.
After the remodel this place has been amazing ! Very clean dining area and friendly staff . My meal was fresh and tasted great . 5/5 visit
