Quick stop for a consistent meal. Doesn’t matter where you are the food from Zaxby’s is always fresh and delicious. The staff at this location were friendly and the order came out quickly. Highly recommended this location to anyone.
I noticed several food crumbs on the tables, they had not been whipped down. Dining in was me and my two kids, my fiancée and our friend. I would like a wings and things with tongue torch flavor, my kids did the slider boxes, my fiancée got the Zaxby’s signature sandwich, and to be honest, I’m not quite sure what my friend ordered. The food had a good presentation, it tasted good. There was a disappointment on this trip, it turned out to be the fountain drink machine , it had very little drink selections….everything was out. Oh and for all you fried mushroom fan???? they don’t sell them anymore????????????????
Got drive thru. Food wasn't prepared. Had to pull over, fine. Girl delivered food, i asked where my sauce (they charge for) was. She said "that don't come w sauce" and walked away. I said "should I come get it?" as I showed my receipt. She slammed the door. So I went in. Won't be back.
This restaurant has the absolute WORST customer service! My husband ordered a 5 finger plate right? Well we get home and notice we were given the wrong order and go to take it back and get our original (mind you we brought the receipt back blah blah) and I can’t remember the lady’s name but she literally cussed my husband out for bringing the food back and asking for what we originally ordered. Not that they care but we will NOT be coming back to this Zaxbys in specific! This is absolutely unacceptable for people to treat others this way and just plain out sad. We did call the owner of the establishment and unfortunately had to leave a voicemail and the manager on duty claimed she was going to “handle it.” Just so people know what to expect from this place.God forbid they make a mistake because they will blame their customers.
Ordered on Mobile app for curbside. Checked in on Mobile app that I was there with parking place number.and didn't come out. Checked in online with parking place number and 20 minutes later, they still had not come out. Went in found my order on the mobile app shelf. Got home and the three plates I ordered, none of them were right. Order chicken fingers on all of them 3 of the three had 2 chicken fingers and 3 bone in chicken wings I guess to make up for the 5 finger and 6 finger plates I ordered. This was a lousy experience and as much as I like Zaxby's, I definitely won't be back or recommend this location.
I placed a curbside order and did all the check ins, only to wait 10 minutes before call8ng the store. The lady was pleasant, but made excuses that made no sense. I got home to find part of my oder wrong, just warm and the drinks wrong as well.
Late time to close, employees offered to fix fresh food after they had already cleaned up for closing
This is the Zaxbys Sensation Asian Salad for $10.49. There was no Asian slaw, no crispy noodles and very little salad. Feel free to compare the picture of my just opened salad to the picture on the menu. This is my 2nd bad experience in 2 visits. Never again.
