Ok, Zaxbys, did their thing today!!!
A few days ago, I went, and the food wasn't what I was used to, so I kindly shared it with them. I promise I was kind ????. Today, I showed up and ordered the meal I get every time.. 5 traditional wings meal, wimpy sauce on the side, extra seasoning on the fries and down south sweetness of tea! AND FRIENDS...it was everything I needed it to be. Even the toast was on point!

employees were extremely rude and dismissive in both the drive through and at the window itself. when i asked a question about the drinks that come w the meals they treated me utterly horribly and invalidated my confusion. they served me a broken cup and closed the window on me as soon as they handed it over so i couldnt ask for a replacement (atp it had already spilled everywhere), did not include straws with the three drinks, and left out components of the order. 1/10 experience, i hope these employees are retrained and evaluated on customer service and basic politeness.
Chicken tenders were very good. I really liked the sauces at Zaxby’s. I wish there was one closer to me!!
I love Zaxby’s but tonight was a complete disappointment. I ordered my usual fried Cobb salad without fried onions. Tonight I seriously think they put 1 1/2 chicken tenders on this $10.89 salad. When I called to voice my concern to the manager he told me that the kitchen staff either chop or dice three chicken tenders on my salad so I can appear to look like less chicken. . I told him it doesn’t matter if the chicken was cubbed, diced, chopped or shredded. 3 is 3 all day! He told me to bring the salad and receipt tomorrow and I could get another one. First off I don’t live on that side of town, 2nd I’m hungry now, 3rd you want me to use my gas to come across town to bring back a salad that you cheated me on in the hope of getting it rectified because there isn’t a guarantee that it will be corrected. How does that make sense? All these years these restaurants still haven’t learned a darn thing from Chic-Fil-a’s customer service that’s why they are still #1!! Zaxby’s is my second go to clearly they are not in the running to be #1 and actually are more like my 6th choice at this point. I’m over it! I’ve been inconvenienced once and now you want me to be inconvenienced again. That solution doesn’t work for me. My solution is to never visit that store again. The worst customer service I ever experienced in my life‼️ Do Better! Food is too high for these shenanigans!
One of my favorite places to eat. I typically get a takeout. I did the same this time I got an order of the chicken wings of course meal. With celery toast and fries. Finally arrived home in Hillsborough coming from Kinston and I was very hungry since our breakfast at Kinston. The mail was a delight as usual I really enjoy that particular meal. Chris drove the truck and he made a trip over to Krispy Kremes well I made a trip over to Zaxby's. I didn't realize the Zaxby's was that close until I looked up and was very happy to know that I had an entree before the donuts.
Worse customer service ever. I ordered specifically a cobb salad ( ingredients should be onion straws, bacon, cucumbers, eggs, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, red cabbage and carrots) with blackened chicken. I also ordered a side if blackened grill chicken. I received first a black blue salad which was incorrect. I informed the cashier at the window. The person who took the order told her, " Oh. I rung up the wrong thing). The drive thru cashier then tells the cook to make a Cobb salad with blackened chicken. The drive thru cashier then asks for the wrong order that she has already given me back in exchange for what should have been the right order. As I pulled off, I checked the bag again and no salad dressing which was in the wrong first order back. I then backed up beside the car that was in the drive thru and frustrated inform the drive thru cashier that my salad dressings are missing. She then informs me to drive back around the building to get the missing dressings. I told her No, she can have someone walk them out the door and bring them to me. WORSE Customer service ever..Here are proof of 2 wrong purchase receipts, and the thrown together cobb salad with only lettuce, cucumbers and chicken ( not blackened at all) nor was the side should have been blackened chicken.
This was not the Zaxby’s experience I remember! The chicken was super salty. The salad tasted like it came from a bag and the toppings were very limited. The tomatoes were mushy. My kids noticed ants on the tables. The parking lot had drainage and water retention issues. This felt much more like fast food than fast casual
The counter person did not know what the heck he was doing! The restaurant wasn't busy, but the tables and floors were filthy.
After cleaning my own table, I ordered a $7 chicken sandwich meal that was bland as hell. Actually, it was more like a chicken tender on bread.
