Best WLM Reviews
This location is usually really good, but the chicken was so tough. Also asked for a side cup of sauce and it was basically empty. Not sure what’s going on at this location.
I believe this is the most pathetic attempt at a meal I have ever gotten from a Zaxbys. I ordered chicken fingers, not chicken nuggets. The wings are barely sauced and the "toast" is a piece of bread. For $30 for two meals I feel violated. I would say it is an April fools joke but this is May. The manager said they would remake it and I declined. They felt it was acceptable to serve this and were fine with it until I complained. No thank you. The girl at the front counter was as about as rude as you can get when we entered as well. There is a reason they don't wear name tags.
Pulled up to the drive thru the girls who were supposed to be taking our order claimed they couldn’t take it bc we pulled up to the speaker! As if we did something wrong ! They wasn’t even standing out there they were very rude and very unprofessional ! Ordered loaded fries I am pretty sure this bacon is not even hardly cooked ! This place is horrible!!!
I do not make reviews often, but I had to say that this Zaxby's location went above and beyond today. I first showed up before opening due to the time change and a gentleman cane out to kindly let me know. I decided to then do my Costco run and afterwards came back. I ordered my food and when I tried to pay they were having issues with their card pay system. Instead of making me wait they offered to comp my food. They were super polite and the gentleman that helped me both times, deserves this 100% awsome review. Thank you and made my day!!!
Went for some dinner last night. The chicken tasted like burnt grease and got all of 10 cheese curds in the box. Complete ripoff for a $5 side.
The order taker guy in the drive thru was too abrupt and brisk for me. I had no menu to look at and he kept ignoring my questions about the menu, as he tried to rush me along. BTW No one else was in the line with me at the time.. The young lady that took the payment was polite.
The chicken as pictured was scarce...disappointed. But it did taste great...so that was nice.
Appreciate the response from owner.
I got here right at closing so I called she said we have your food no drink! I said that’s fine she said come to the drive thru then a guy says oh we already threw it away!! He said call door dash I’m here I used Yalls app!! They was rude and poor customer service!! Definitely won’t be back to this Zaxby’s!!
The food is cold, I got sick eating the zenzation zalad(take out) for 2 days in the bathroom. Staff is always short and managers use fowl language right along with the employees. The two managers are always on edge. Oh yeah they NEVER have ice in the lobby machine.
