We went to try their fried cheesecake bites. When I tell you fast service is fast. This is fast. This was fast service. We got the order in, and it was within a minute, it was fast. We got it. Fastly. Toe. This made me quit my fast.
The people were looking at us too much. That’s OK though. I would look at me too.
The cheesecake bites were delicious by the way. They were hot. They were good. They were not greasy, in a bad way. They remind us of the cheese curds that are fried. It really really seems to carry that flavor.

“It’s like if you got fried white cheddar bites, but made them cake. The water push thing on the ice machine was very hard to push and ended up. I ended up needing assistance. I just burped. And Mount Vesuvius seems to have become a hill. That’s all I have to say on that.”
Excellent work. Honestly, I’m giving you five stars because you guys actually went above and beyond for the speed.
I’ve eaten here more times than I’m willing to admit. I can’t recall ever have an issue with the food or service. Is everything always perfect? No, but it’s fast food, a heart attack in a sack.
I went through the drive thru tonight and got the Zensation salad and when I got home I realized the dressing was left out. I drove back to the restaurant to get it and my husband went inside to get the dressing. Only to get home and it was the wrong dressing. The manger even handed the dressing to my husband telling him it was the correct dressing. Very disappointed, not only did I have to drive back to the restaurant but then still not get what I wanted. The salad was very small as well. Wish this zaxbys paid more attention.
I understand being busy, but I was given the wrong sandwich. When I took it back in (no line), the cashier didn't want to acknowledge me and gave no apology for the mistake. They just pulled it out of the lil baggy and slapped on some cold cheese and bacon and shoved it back in the lil bag. And just so Zaxby's know, a CLUB sandwich has bacon, lettuce, and tomato, not just cheese and bacon. Next time, I'll stick to the Cajun club, which is an actual club sandwich.
We tried the Cajun deluxe chicken sandwich this time around, and it was great! Then we also got the fried mushrooms as an appetizer, since they're always good, and the kids got the chicken fingers and wings as usual. The sweet tea was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and dining areas were clean. If you got room for dessert the brownies and cookies are good too, but we skipped the dessert this time around since we got grilled food and felt like we were eating healthy for a change and accomplishing something. On that subject, their salads are very good and a large proportion of food for the price
I ordered on the Zaxbys app for delivery. I ordered the boneless wings and things meal with both wings and tenders tossed in sauce. Once my ordered was delivered to me I noticed that only my boneless wings were tossed in sauce and not my tenders. They decided to give me a ton of bbq sauce on the side in dipping cups. I guess they were too lethargic to do it on their own so instead they rather the customer do it themselves. My receipt states that I paid for the tenders to be tossed in sauce so I’m not understanding how that detail was missed.
I used to go to Zaxby's and take my family. No more! I picked up dinner for my family. I did not take pictures of everything but look at this Sorry excuse for a Salad. This cost 8.00 Dollars. There is hardly no salad. Not even a whole chicken strip. No toast, nothing. My daughters and wifes were worse. We also got some fried pickles. Total waist of pickles. Over fried by at least a hour. No crust left on the pickles and what was left of the pickles looked like skin scabs. Sorry, but we were definitely disappointed. My Daughter said she does not want to go there no more. She said they suck! If you accept this, You will accept anything! Good Riddance!
UPDATE: READING THESE REVIEWS AFTER 2 YEARS AND APPARENTLY STILL THE SAME, WAS THINKING ABOUT GETTING ZAXBY'S WANTED TO SEE WHAT THE REVIEWS LOOKED LIKE AND STILL THE SAME! THE ONLY KNES THAT DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE ARE UNSUSPECTING TRAVELERS! THIS PLACE HAS NOT CHANGED IN 2 YEARS AND NO ONE HAS DONE A THING TO CHANGE IT! BAD NEWS!!
"Acting manager" at the window wearing a hoodie that said A$$holes Live Forever". I called and asked for the manager and actually got the person wearing the hoodie. He said it was cold and had to borrow a hoodie. I asked him if he saw any problem wearing that hoodie at the drive thru window and he said he saw no problem with it and remained uncooperative. If this is the care they put into their image I can only imagine the care put into the food.
Seriously, just put the hoodie on inside out...it's a no-brainer
Update: When I got home we found small pieces of blue plastic that had been cut up throughout the salad!!!!!!
