Delicious chicken fingers and sauce. Dine in not available at this location. Didn't know this before arriving but was fine to take out.
Let me just say Zaxby's did not disappoint .. this location was fast.. In the lunch break hour. Food was hot and fresh?
Now yall wrong!! Only 8 fries and a few end pieces in the kids. Meal. Y’all need to be for real!!!
Food cold , hair in my food long lines , unprofessional staff, horrible wait time , drink water down , not condiments in the bag just horrible !
Completely wrong order. Did not know a taco even existed and even confirmed the order with the employee. Did not get a chance to check till I got home and was given what seems like $12 in an order when I paid $27 for everything
Online order system worked well enough and food was ready promptly upon pickup. Not cooked to order, and missing both sauces for my items.
This is unacceptable! Ordered food for my coworkers and this was in my salad. I’ve had issues with a mobile order at this location before and I said I’d never order from this location again but I foolishly decided to order again and just pick it up instead. Everything was fine until I opened my salad and saw this. I think it’s a lightning bug but I’m just amazed at how it ended up in my food without being noticed . And don’t try calling or emailing this location if you have any issues , you won’t get a response . This is a newer location but the device is poor in all aspects.
So I'm on my lunch break I didn't think to bite the sandwich in drive thru, get to work after ordering the spicy chicken sandwich meal with cheese, it was not spicy, a lil drop of sauce and it looks like it wasn't a full slice of cheese definitely unacceptable, I will contact the store and update my review after that.
