This is a good and simple chicken restaurant. I really like their chicken salad a lot. They also have good chicken tenders to have with side dishes. ( like the fries and fried pickle pieces) and their good sauces. The chicken and bread taste good. The place seems rather clean and safe and very popular.
Rudest customer service ever! I went there to get a meal for my baby and no one answered the drive thru. I pulled around to the window and they told me that I would have to pull around and give my order at the speaker. Keep in mind no one was there. No one not one car was in the line. Plus why make a customer be inconvenienced because you failed to do your job. The manager Allison was horrible! I was even threatened to get the police called on me for asking for her manager. I didn’t get rude or belligerent. Matter of fact I was in my car. When I asked for the manager again they asked for me to come inside. I told them that at this point I didn’t feel safe because I’ve already was threatened. Which bring me to my next point. If you thought I was that violent to called the police in which I wasn’t why asked me to come in. This is very dangerous and I feel that an unhinged person should not be a manager especially with racist tendencies. I am currently waiting for the district manager to call me.
This is what you get when you order loaded fries. This used to be a good location, but the quality has really taken a dive.
I don't need a lot of fast food but when in time constraint this wasn't a bad place, they have tacos which intrigued me. Chipotle ranch, and avocado ranch BLT pretty good and they don't look how bad.
On September 14th 2024 I purchased $48.32 worth of food at this location from the drive-thru.
I drove across town and took the food home. When I got home I ate my chicken sandwich and salad, the 20 traditional wings with wimpy sauce was for my wife.
Later that evening my wife informed me there was no wimpy sauce on the wings they were completely plain.
I called the Zaxby's and spoke to the manager. She said bring the food back and she would take care of the situation for me I said I live a good distance from you I am across town and will not be able to do that but I can bring it back tomorrow, she agreed and said yes bring it back tomorrow and I will take care of it for you.
The next day September 15th I brought it back opend the box to show her that the wings did not have sauce on them and she said I cannot help you because some of the wings have been eaten . Well I said I don't think you can reuse those wings anyway. I said the product is incorrect there is no sauce she said I cannot help you, I said thank you and left without arguing with her.
I went to the other location at schillinger road told the manager there about the situation I showed him the receipt I said the wings are in the car would you like to see them he said no sir. He apologized on behalf of Zaxby's of the treatment I received from 6551 airport boulevard. He replaced everything on the ticket and asked if I would like to have a drink while I waited for the food.
When he gave me the food I thanked him and told him he went beyond the call of duty and I appreciated his help and that I would be doing business with him at his location from now on , I told him I purchase food from Zaxby's 2 to 3 times a month and look forward to doing business with him in the future.
A district manager was supposed to call me but for some reason has not.
I need to talk to him and explain there is something wrong at this location a co-worker told me he had a bad experience with his family
at this location dining in, the manager refused to correct a problem with their food and the employees laughed at them as they exited the restaurant.
Just placed an order at the drive through and was charged more than advertised. A sign was posted indicating that the Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich meal was $6.99. I was charged $8.02. The cashier told me that the meal was actually $7.29 before tax although I explained to her that’s not what was advertised and I had a picture. I can understand if the deal is no longer being offered, but the sign should’ve been removed as well.
The chicken fingers are great and really love the French fries. Lots of drink choices.
Order fried pickles from the airport blvd location by Providence hospital and it was full of hot grease and some of it drop on my leg and burned me took the entire order back
