Friendly Team. Inaccurate order. I usually get a Zak Pack but wanted to try the loaded fries so I asked them to add cheese to the fries that come with the order. The team member let me know that they “can’t do that” for any of the meals. So I had to order chicken fingers, loaded fries, and a drink separately. An eight dollar order quickly turned into 18! I wouldn’t have even made this review had the order came out correctly. I specifically asked for the loaded fries with no chicken and no ranch, leaving just the cheese and bacon. Theres no bacon on my fries, and they’re sprinkled with a handful of cheese that isn’t even melted because the fries are not hot. And they threw in extra chicken I did not ask for. I regret even staying in line for this.
I went here to this Zaby’s location a few months ago to get the Mr. Beast Box. I ordered it to go through the drive thru line. Service was alright with getting my order. For the meal itself, the chicken fingers, the fries and toast were excellent while the cheese curds were a bit too oily. The chocolate bar that came with the box was very sweet. Overall, an ok experience.
Fairly quick, to go order. Have to pay extra for sauce.real bummer. Not doing it. And then I received my food, wings and things. But my sauce was a soup
Fries were less than fresh and service was slow. The tenders were good and hot. Otherwise a decent place to come. I'd suggest using the app to avoid long wait times.
hi. so i’ve never written a review before but tonight, the workers were a little rude to me. i’m an uber eats driver and i accepted an order pretty late. by the time i arrived to zaxbys, the doors were locked but i still saw employees in there so i knocked. they saw me so i held up my phone and mouthed “uber eats” and they all continued to just look at me and laugh lol. i stood there for a little longer while they just pretended i wasn’t there and stood around on their phones. i understand if you’re closed but i still had an obligation to complete an order. it is not my fault i got offered the order late and uber eats still allowed me to accept the order. i used to work at zaxbys (not this one) and i think you guys could’ve had more courtesy and decorum to at least let me know if the order had already been canceled on your behalf or that you guys were closed. you guys were really rude to me.
This is my second review. I left a first one some time ago about my experience with this Zaxbys and was asked to send an email for further action. I did, and they did respond, but they called me someone else’s name, so I’m not even sure if they know what order mix up happened. Just apologizing and moving on. At this point every interaction with this company gets worse and worse. Of course they didn’t reply to my email.

Order was wrong. Woman on the phone was rude and did not care. Way too over priced to be treated poorly as a customer. Do better.
Had a bad experience here. I went into the women's restroom and there were two employees in there gossiping right at the door, and both stalls had NO TOILET PAPER! I felt like I ruined their conversation. The food was okay but I think employees need to be retrained. Last time, there was an employee in the bathroom on her phone THE BATHROOM ISN'T A BREAK ROOM! (And if employees are in there, they should be using it or cleaning it up)
The place is also unclean. I wouldn't recommend going here.
