I have been seeing these tacos and decided to give a try. I was let down. But it was OK. And the store is clean and staff friendly.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. The soda I got was completely flat. The fries were stale, the chicken over cooked and dry, everything was a disappointment. Spent 30 bucks for dinner for me and my girlfriend and everything we had absolutely sucked. Will not be coming back
This was a very good visit. My wife and I are trying to eat healthier. Being skeptical we entered and were happy to find a decent selection of salads.
The meal was good. The restaurant was clean. The employees were very friendly. Service was good. Restroom was clean with paper supplies stocked.
What more could you expect?
I love Zaxbys.. however, I order the same thing every time, and every time, I ask for the Cobb Zalad with NO cucumbers and 2 extra tenders on the side. This time, it was as if they took the cucumbers off of the top and sent it on out. I would normally think nothing of it, take the requested item off, and be fine with it.. however, I am allergic to cucumbers. I mention this every time, and usually, they do a great job, and usually, I confirm no cucumbers before driving off, but oddly, this time, I didn't. I think as long as you confirm your order before driving away, you should be fine. This review is based on this one experience. The next time we ordered, my son made a point of reiterating the allergy, and the order was correct.
Waited 32 mins after paying in the drive thru for 2 salads. Nothing else. 1 car in front of me, 1 or 2 after me. Very slow. Received a thank you for your patience, no apology, and the employee certainly didn’t seem worried that I would be upset. My only response when she said “thank you for your patience” was “did the extra dressing get put in the bag?”, which she then stated “let me go check” and walked away to go inside. I drove off and did not wait, so technically it was 34mins for 2 salads just the way they come. Middle of the afternoon. Not a good first impression.
Awful!! They never get the food we ordered correct and it's cold even if we pick it up before the time they say it should be ready. Very little sauce on the wings.
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and 10 pieces of their traditional wings. My order took exactly 21 minutes after it was placed. My grilled sandwich as you can see in the picture has little to no lettuce or sauce. My wings were very dry and not tasteful and some of them tasted burnt.
