Usually this Zaxbys is very good on serving hot crunchy and delicous meals but today i got soggy non-crunchy under seasoned fries hard tenders that are barely juicy and burnt toast. The only good part of my meal was the drink that comes from the fountain. Shame such a very drastic drop in quality. Do better
when i first went for the tacos they were new & amazing, fantastic told my friends and all. as time goes on team members get lazy. this was so sloppily made. it's 2 specs of cilantro on here and the smallest dab of chipotle sauce ???????????????????????????????? makes me not want to come back
Prompt, fast, reliable.
Pro:
- quick service
- friendly customer service
- food was served in under 1 minute
- location
Cons
- fries were not super fresh
Overall it was good, would have been perfect if the fries were fresh!
My husband and I went in today to eat. The service was TERRIBLE. The cashier acted like we were bothering her. I ordered and before my husband could order, she said “you just want two of those?” I said I didn’t know what he wanted. He ordered and when the food was ready she just stood there with the most sour look you could imagine on her face. After we ate, I wanted to get cheesecake bites, and was totally ignored for several minutes. Then they couldn’t decide who was going to take my order. We left and won’t be back.
I will never go back to this location. There are a lot of new faces and they were obviously NOT trained. I have gone to this store for the last 2 1/2 years 2-3 times weekly for lunch. The service had been excellent. Not now.☹️☹️☹️
This was the first time I had eaten at Zaxby's in years and this meal did not disappoint! An instant smile was put on my face as I bit into the Spicy Signature Sandwich ???? It exceeded my spicy chicken sandwich expectations ???? The fries lit up all the best parts of my brain and now I am addicted ???? I had been looking for some good crinkle fries for a while and these fries were seasoned in all the right places and really hit the spot. I will now get a basket of them every time I go ???? The tea was just the right level of sweetness and complimented everything perfectly. I will definitely be back to this location!
We have been to this Zaxby's several times. They never disappoint. The staff tonight, including Jonah, Kimberlee and Madison, really seem to enjoy serving customers. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. We have a large order with 7 people and have always enjoyed our food. There was not a very long wait for our order and everyone had an enjoyable experience.
I'm not a frequent flyer at Zaxby's. My mother wanted to visit so I obliged. The drive-thru was busy so we decided to dine in. Upon entering you could tell the dining area was a very clean. There was only about four patrons inside. The cashiers were knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered Wings & Things, boneless with the insane sauce. Well I waited for my order to be prepared I visited the restroom. The restroom was clean and smelled sanitized. My food was ready in a timely manner considering how busy the drive-thru was. The food was fresh french fries were hot which was a plus. The insane sauce was tasty. The food was okay, but that's my opinion and my palette. Zaxby's would not be my first choice, it all depends on your taste buds. However, the experience was good, and I would rl visit again. If you have not tried it I would recommend it.
