The lunch crew were great. They had great customer service. They really looked like they enjoyed their job, were having fun, and at the same time were giving great fast service. Kudos to the whole staff!
Wow! Great drive through experience today. Woman who took my order was professional and kind, and food was in hand less than 5 mins pipping hot! Absolutely great job.
Didn't even get my food, the lady in front of me when asked to pull forward and she'd barely pull her car forward, when I called the manager she hung up. I've been there 3 times no napkins, no straw, no nothing, last time my food was tossed to me, chicken fingers tacos. I was very upset ???? this time around, poor customer service every time. I want the President's name and your Distract Manager. You have NOTHING BUT ONE STAR REVIEWS BECAUSE YOU SUCK
Waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich combo (good and hot) and my grilled chicken salad. Just make sure your grilled chicken is cooked all the way, because mine wasn't. Disappointed that they cubed it for the salad and it was visibly not cooked all the way. Restaurant was clean and the other diners seemed like they were getting their food quickly, so hopefully this doesn't happen often.
This location fell off of a cliff. If you are a local, go to the Upward Road location. Food is overcooked, the kids working the joint cannot get an order right despite being told the order in slow, syllabled words. We will not go to this location again. Especially after being handed a water where one of the employees mistakenly hit the coke option, poured a split second, then corrected it to water but kept pouring instead of getting a new cup. We refused the drink of course.
Tacos were surprisingly good. I would recommend adding a couple to your order. Zensation is always good!
If you like burnt toast, bad attitudes, and having to ask multiple times to get your order because "We can't find it." Then this is the zaxbys for you... but at least the staff knew some colorful 4 letter words
Zero stars if I could. Worst experience. Kid behind counter was insulting and rude and wouldn’t replace chicken that tasted like rubber and made us pay an additional $7 for replacement chicken with my salad.also need to teach their employees how to count back change
