This was an horrible experience placed my order at 3:13 pm through the drive thru didn’t get my order until 3:50 pm the girl Trinity kept talking at the window handing out orders wrong they told me to pull up because they were waiting on fries 8 other cars behind me didn’t have to pull up nor wait they got their order with no problem after 20 mins a kid comes outside with a different meal then what I ordered and then another 15 mins go by I walk inside I was greeted by Mable and she said a free meal on me I need more than that waiting 45 mins for 1 meal and loaded bacon fries is ridiculous. The fries didn’t have bacon on them. I ordered sweet and spicy flavor it was a hot mustard type of sauce that was gross and I couldn’t eat it. Didn’t receive any dipping sauces at all for the chicken tenders just a horrible experience my whole lunch break was poured down the drain for the wrong order after 45 mins It was nobody’s fault but trinity she was talking up a storm not paying attention and after waiting 45 mins my order still was wrong at the end of the day
Absolutely love this restaurant. We rarely make it over to Tampa, and we were in the area because he had an appointment. We were wanting to go through the drive thru, but it was too long so we ate in. They were out of Cole Slaw, so they let him get extra fries. The food was fresh, restaurant was clean and the decor they have is funny and family friendly.
For the most part, this Zaxby's will get your order right and the food will come out at the right temperature. But there have been times they've either forgotten something, or made a mistake like adding grilled chicken to a cobb salad and fried chicken to a house salad when the order on the receipt even states the opposite. Out of all the Zaxby's closest to me, this one is our go-to spot. We typically eat to-go, so I'm only basing my review on the typical drive-thru scenario. I have no idea what it looks like on the inside, but on the outside everything appears clean.
Was told to review by someone in the window, she was great, good attitude and made sure our order was correct. The woman who delivered the food after moving us forward was grouchy and didn't give us a chance to ask for extra sauce at the window. My sandwich had lots of sauce, but it was fine. Overall, it was a good experience as someone who has had bad experiences in other Zaxbys.
Kids meals jipped us on the fries. Will not be ordering again. Grubhub order.

Not the greatest Zaxby’s experience, unfortunately.
Root beer was lacking flavor syrup (which I see another person mentioned in their review previously) and the wings were chewy like they had been sitting out for a while.
The other location by Target has a longer wait but their food is always deliciously fresh, didn’t have that same experience at this location.

One again, root beer is flat, no flavor, and tastes like a hint of fruit juice or something? I don’t know what they have going on, but they need to fix it. Fries have no seasoning when they should have.
Walked in for an online order.. no customers in store.. not one employee greeted once they saw I was picking up order.. I even paused at the counter to give opportunity for engagement. ????????
Got wings, they were HOT in temperature and delicious.
I love this location and want to share thanks
to the manger u believe is brian or bryant either one i was missing two kid meals online and he did his absolute best to ensure i got them and i really appreciate that hope he gets the recognition he deserves thank you.
