Customer service horrible! Portions size is small. Don’t go to this location. Didn’t even finish more than half of my food. The fries were old. No sauce on the nibbler. They really need to do better
I just got food from here a few minutes ago and it’s just not good at all!! My fries are not seasoned and they barely look cooked all the way. My wings (supposed to be wimpy and those are supposed to have spice) have barely any sauce on them, they’re almost dry, and aren’t even spicy! I have never managed to get a good meal from this location. Sorry but this is the truth. I have eaten some but its just not appetizing.
I’m just going to let the photos tell it for me. Ordered chicken tenders, got chicken knuckles. Ordered saucy wings, got the Sahara desert. Fries look like they were the first fries ever eaten by man because they’re so old.
Idk how but I just spent $26 on 10 boneless wings and some loaded fries. I ordered these two items before and I was not expecting the price difference. Usually when I get 10 boneless, I split the flavors half sweet and half nuclear. But the drive through lady told me I couldn’t do that this time (even though I usually do that) and had to order 5 and then another 5. Wish I was warned about the ridiculous uncharge. I asked her how big the boneless wings were thinking maybe they were larger and that would equate the price difference. Nope. These wings are about the size of a quarter. I don’t remember if they were always this size or if I’m just confused why it cost me $26 for this meal. I was also the only person in line so it wasn’t even a “they were busy” excuse. I could of went anywhere and gotten more/better quality wings for $26.
I just had the worse experience at the Zaxby’s store 4260 OGEECHEE RD Savannah Ga. The store manager over there is very rude. I have never been treated in the manner that he handled me. I was simply trying to check on my food after being parked for 8 mins. I went through the drive through and was told someone would bring my food to me because it wasn’t ready. After waiting almost 10 minutes I went in to retrieve my food. The manager there named Billy was very rude. I was extremely nice and was treated rudely for no reason. He even gave me an empty cup when I ordered a strawberry lemonade, which they have behind the counter. He then purposely filled my drink without any ice and stated he didn’t know I wanted ice and started laughing. It’s no way this gentleman is a manger with that type of customer service. I’m going to call corporate until something is done about this rude individual representing you all company.
Who ever the supervisor is on the day shift during lunch hour, he is truly phenomenal! He greeted me when I walked in, he checked on the staff and asked if they needed anything, he bagged orders. I mean he was great! It was refreshing to walk in and be acknowledged. The entire crew seem to be calm and confident. Most important my food was fresh. :) (cobb salad)
Normally, me and my co worker eat there and it’s really good.. today I found a piece of plastic in my chicken bacon ranch fries.
Don’t think I remember ever visiting a Zaxby’s that was this discombobulated. Staff seemed to be at a loss for what to do (manager was present), drive thru customers kept popping in to get their orders corrected, wait time was super long, staff kept walking off, people who were not working were going behind the counter to “visit” employees…. Won’t be back to this location.
