I picked up an order from the app that included 3 chocolate chip cookies (the main reason I decided on Zaxby’s) to discover when I was home that they weren’t in my taped up bag. I called to see if they could be comped to my app since I didn’t get them & didn’t have time to drive another 20 minutes and they told me the manager packed my bag and knew they put them in. I wouldn’t have made an issue over such a little item if they’d been in my bag. So you alienate a loyal customer over $2.39 insinuating I’m making it up, not even offering to give them to me if I drove back.
Since when did Zaxbys start making such smaller chicken? The second location that gives you fry sized chicken and how's this a large fry? Will never go to Zaxbys again.
I stopped here to get some lunch today. The gentleman taking orders was excellent. He was extremely professional and polite, as well as a great voice. The process was quick and flawless, not to mention that the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The funnel cakes are great at this location, too!!!
Ayo this place got some JUICY ASS CHICKEN!! ????????????
Every single piece was literally squirting all over me ????????????
Idk what they do to the chickens here but they got some good food for sure.
Gonna check this place out more often
Please be mindful when serving your customers salads and the condition of the salad. I don’t typically post reviews but when people are paying for service / quality food should be an option. Extremely disappointing when you purchase salads several times a week.
Leslie and Whitney We’re truly amazing today. The food is truly delicious. The service was really Awesome the smile light up the room and Great atmosphere and I truly come back to this Zaxbys
I ordered a medium lemonade and the cashier served me a strawberry lemonade, I told him that I had ordered limonada no with strawberry, then he upset and hit his tablet or desk , for polite I received the strawberry lemonade!! Is very sad find it situation in customer service!!
My experience with this particular zaxbys tends to be the same time and time again. No matter who is speaking they always seem like you’re bothering them with your order and they repeat your order back for it to never be completely accurate. And today was no different . If you have a choice skip this zaxbys and either go to one prior to this one or after .
