Wanted a fried chicken lunch like 2 pieces with sides..but they didn't offer that...They only offer chicken fingers or nuggets. That was disappointing. So we ordered the Zensational Asian chicken salad which was very tasty. The salad came with an egg roll but Zaxbys did not have sweet and sour sauce to dip the egg roll..again that is odd. Seems so odd that a chicken specialty drive in with a chicken on the sign...didn't offer fried chicken meals.
I am extremely upset with my visit to this location yet again. I placed a mobile order in which I was able to select drive-thru on the app. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru line that wasn’t moving quickly at all, I don’t mind this regularly but after i finally got to the window i was told they only allow pick up in store. There was no signage or any indication that this was the case so I wasted 15 minutes of my time waiting in a line that wasn’t necessary. I also ordered my fries with extra seasoning and received fries with ZERO seasoning . This is not the first time i have had an experience like this at this location, just really disappointed.
Sitting in the parking lot as I’m typing this. Made a mobile order at 6:58pm. Pulled up to the speaker, was asked to pull up to the white line by the cashier. She comes out about 6 minutes later and asked what was the name again? It’s 7:28 and the order hasn’t been fulfilled. Please do better
I’m not sure what happened to this location, but it used to be really good. The last three times ive been here have been slow. The food is okay but not worth the rest. The interior also needs to be cleaned more often if all 4 trash cans are full and the floor is messy. I’ve been to a lot of zaxbys locations and this one just isn’t good. There is no point in contacting anyone if you don’t actually fix the problems.
No slaw, smallest tenders possible, definitely wanted traditional wings instead of boneless and…… EVERY single time I wait till the next visit to mention them forgetting my sauce they make it right by replacing what they didn’t give me last time followed by making it wrong all over again by not giving me the sauces for the current meal. Absolutely lost my business for good. I’m going to Popeyes!????????????
Great Northport, Al. On McFarland Blvd. Very Clean- Inside & Out. Verlithia W. Is A Sweetheart - So Friendly, Efficient & Professional. GREAT Customer Service! You Can See The Kitchen Staff, Who Had It Going On..ALL The Staff, Had A Job & Were Doing It..ALL IN SYNC. I Even Told The Afternoon Mgr., How GREAT OF A LOCATION & EMPLOYEES THEY HAD.
KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB!! KUDO'S!!!
This is the second time I’ve been to this location with the SAME person at the drive thru. Nothing but attitude and side eyes. All I wanted to do was upgrade my drink to a large and she acted like it ruined her whole day. So you know if you was working June 22nd at 1050am at the drive thru then it was you. Attitude for no reason is ridiculous and I’m not sure why we hire people with poor social skills.
Food is always good. Service is hit or miss depending on the location and time of day.
Cobb salad is my families favorite.
