Waited over 35 minutes in the drive through. I ordered a spicy club combo food is barely warm can tell it’s not fresh. No ketchup for the fries or napkins. Do better.
Love the chicken here! This is only the second time I have been to a Zaxby’s and I am a huge fan. The chicken is amazing. I wish this was out near me on the west coast. The service was friendly and my drive through order was perfect. Prices are very reasonable and I love the vibe of this place. I had the nibblerz combo and a sweet tea. Very good! I ran inside and the place looked very clean with lots of happy people enjoying their food. Please come out to California!!!
The place is so packed. Drive thru is full. But the place is clean, you get served in a very timely manor. The all the workers are claim and working together
Online ordering can double charge your card but won’t submit an order to the store. Wanted me to pay a third time while I call their corp for a refund.
This is just horrible I spent around 28 bucks on good food and get a nasty mess 2 meals and 3 kids meals bags was shoved in to one bag the drive thru girl was not friendly one bit barley even made a noise.
Hands down the worst run fast food establishment in town. The management is awful. The employees are rude. They don't care about the customers or preparing food in a timely manner at all. There is no training for the employees and any time you ask to speak to someone, excuses are made. I honestly don't know how they are staying in business!
The salad is good but the chicken is way too salty.
So thrilled with the integrity and service at this location. I stopped for some quick food on a road trip, and accidentally left my wallet in the booth. When I called the next day, they were so kind and helpful, and mailed my wallet to me next-day. Not only that, but there was $200 in the wallet, and there wasn't a dime missing beyond the cost of shipping! The manager even called me from the post office, and texted me a photo with the tracking information. It was SUCH a relief to get it back, and I'm so impressed. Thank you!!!
