Stopped at this Zaxbys location probably 20 years ago or so and then stopped by again today. Love zaxbys cus the chicken is amazing but this location the service from the staff working there was terrible. The only staff that was good was Karen who helped to make sure we got our food and went above and beyond her job to make sure we were happy. The other staff there is useless
I wanted crispy chicken sandwich instead they gave me this.this not what I order I order a chicken sandwich meaning chicken patty not chicken tenders I come here alot got the receipt to prove it this right here is so beyond not right.i never get cheese on my signature sandwich. I will be sending this to corporate office in the morning l. Update I made a complaint but Zaxby's don't care about their customers at all just look at how many of customers have complain about this locations.
Ok, I write this with a side of caution. I can be rather picky when it comes to food. However, if I'm being charged $14 for 3 chicken tenders, they better be some good chicken tenders!
What I got barely qualified as tenders. We're talking small strips of chicken that had less meat on them than a boneless chicken "wing" served at Applebees. You can't be serious. Wayyy overpriced chicken. I also tried their egg rolls. A little weird, egg rolls at a chicken place, but ok. But what I don't understand? You're a chicken place. Why are you doing veggie egg rolls? Why not chicken egg rolls? That's what would make more sense. Vegetarians aren't coming to your restaurant, don't worry about them.
The egg rolls were pretty good though. I'll give them that. The soda machine was out of ice. I should have just went to waffle house. Now the seating was unexpected. The seating felt like it was premium seating throughout the restaurant. I was impressed at how comfortable the seating was!
Not good, but not bad.

Chicken strips were pieces. I got the 5 piece and at least 3 of them were just over an inch long. Not fingers worth paying 14.00 for.
The quality at this location is mediocre. I ordered 2 chicken salad sandwiches. Both of them had almost noo chicken salad on the sandwich. When I returned them I did receive two new sandwiches, although I had to specifically ask for fresh fries. I did not receive any acknowledgement of their error, a "sorry" or otherwise. The store is basically run by a bunch of teenagers...so can't expect much I guess.
Ordered a kids meal cheese , got chicken with fries went back through drive thru gave them the bag told them they gave me wrong food they made the cheese and put it in the same box. Husband ordered wings and things and the bbq wings tasted old … this is the worse zaxbys ever…!!!!
One of my favorite places to visit when I need to pick me up something.. always hot and fresh. The wings and things will never get old! Tongue torch traditional wings with tenders dipped in sweet n spicy and a side of onion rings!!
Calling names for orders instead of order numbers is a hassle.
The following is a real face to face conversation I had with another human being. The most simple fast food transaction ever, and they were mystified.
Me: I'd like a club sandwich and a drink please?
Cashier: so you want the meal?
Me: No just the sandwich and a drink.
Cashier: ok so that's one club sandwich meal.
Me: No I don't want the meal just the sandwich and a drink.
Apparently this was way too much for her to figure out, so I just bought the meal. It was like being extorted for extra my money by an imbecile. I ordered to go and they came out with "dine in", Also the sandwich was incorrect when I opened the bag.
