Shopped here for my dinner of grilled chicken salad, w/o cheese and onions with lite vingarett dressing and a small sweet tea. I always use my 10% senior discount. This is one of the restaurants that do acknowledge this for the seniors!
So, seniors go eat here and save money!
Best Zaxby's I've been to personally in a while,workers were very friendly and fast service.manager was polite and they seem like a great team not sure if I got lucky and came at the right time but I definitely enjoyed that experience.
Ordered house salad via drive thru...I live within a 2 mile radius of Zaxby's. I went straight home and took salad from bag to discover the toast was burnt, cold, and stale.
I called and asked to speak with the manager and spoke with Caleb B. (same name on receipt). He offered to put my name on the list to come back any day for Zaxbys to replace the toast. I asked if he really thought I would waste my time and gas coming to Zaxby's for some toast. 2
2 days in a row they got our order wrong,after waiting 20 min each time. it’s not hard to listen and repeat the order back. Tay was nice enough to replace the food… they still made it wrong. Can’t even get the drinks right or give you the strawberry sauce that comes with the cheesecake bites, close the whole store.
Brenda at the Sigman Rd location is the epitome of customer service and I wish every company I come in contact with had a representative like her. She went totally above and beyond the call of duty to the point that I will only deal with her if I need extreme help that I know for a fact someone will be efficient in making sure it is 100% done right. Jennifer was on the fc today. She is so polite and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed with my order, and she helped me to the table with my large order. She put napkins and sauces there for me too. It was a big help cause I was with my autistic son. Ty!
I've been a fan of Zaxby's for years, and while I've noticed some locations seem to be a bit more run down lately, this particular one is still pretty decent. The food is consistent with what you'd expect from Zaxby's—delicious and satisfying. However, I did encounter a minor inconvenience during my visit: the ice machine was broken. It’s not a huge deal, but it does detract from the overall experience.
That said, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean, which is always a plus. I hope they can address these small maintenance issues because Zaxby's has always been a go-to for me, and I’d like to see it continue to be that way.
THIS IS THIRD 3RD TIME THEY'VE MADE ME WAIT. LAST TIME I ORDERED AT DRIVE THRU SAME DEAL.
Should have just went thru the drive thru because atleast 20 people went thru with orders while I sat there
Then I get home with my food and find
Cold food. Fries soggy.
No extra seasoning.
Made me wait 30 mins.....
