The drive through was backed up, so I went in.
1. I wait 15mins before I got to the register
- cashier didn't apologize for the wait
1. the register was out of receipt paper
1. There were 2 girls tending to drink machine, which was out of drinks. it took them all of 15-20 mins to get it back up.
1. No one offered to get the line down or open another register!
1. I counted over 8 employees working and the main focus: drive-thru line
1. The mgr. came out once to verify a large bill, then kept it moving !
1. I asked for seasoned fries - and plain were given to me!
1. Cookies left out on the counter for over 10mins. where customers were awaiting their food - reaching over them to retrieve food. Then cookies placed in the plastic display

1. EITHER GET A WHOLE NEW STAFF & LET EVERYBODY GO OR CLOSE THE LOCATION!

Worst Experience I've ever had for just picking up an order. I ordered through the app and got two meals with fried pickles. When I arrived they only have one person working up front. Hire more people! I showed up 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, and my order still wasn't ready. I waited for another 15 minutes before my order was ready and then once I received it I noticed there was only 2 boxes instead of 3. I asked "are the fried pickles in here?" The worker goes to ask and says that they can offer a refund or substitute it because I guess they didn't want to make them. I asked for a refund. Which means if I would have walked out without asking I would have paid for fried pickles without having them in my bag. With my meals I also had two sweet teas. There was no tea in the lobby so I told the worker, he goes to the drive thru to get some and realizes they don't have any made! So no fried pickles and no sweet tea. Also half the drinks on their machine were not available! ALL THIS JUST FOR A PICKUP ORDER!!!
Place my order online said it should be ready 7:57p got there to pickup in drive thru which was slow as hell get to the speaker they said come inside had my kid with didnt want to come inside get inside cashier said oh your order not ready yet i said been in line 20 minutes ask to speak to manager she took forever to come to front just made my order after just speaking with her. Yall dont have to worry about me coming to establishment ????️
Opened the box on the top and fries on top looked fine so didn’t open the second box till getting home. They put a few good fries on top but the rest were extremely overcooked and almost burnt. The traditional wings in the bottom box were cooked so hard I could only get the meat off of maybe two. Aside from the drinks this was a complete waste of money! I hate to admit this is one of the worse locations we come to and it’s not fair because it’s not all the employees. I’m tired of wasting money here though.
I payed 5.29 for this side of cheese bites. There were 9 pieces when I opened the box. For size reference, the longest piece was an inch in length and no more than half of an inch in width. Majority of them were hollow as well.
40 minutes to wait for fast food is ridiculous!! The problem is that they have several employees but only one or two actually doing anything. While the other walk around doing very little if anything at all . Drive thru backed up inside was backed up . Almost had to get my food and bag it myself. The 40 minutes I was there orders came out but no one would hand them out , had to ask to get my food . When I left there was 3 or more employees out back!!?? Don't go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One star is one to many
I don’t ever do reviews but I’m getting fed up. I’ve been going here every week and I order the same items a #3 and another chicken sandwich. They seem to always forget to put the 2 sauces. Zaxbys and ranch. Fine that’s cool, mistakes happen. BUT today was another level. My fault for not checking the bag thoroughly, since this time the 2 sauces was not forgotten. BUT they pulled this and substituted the chicken for extra bread. REALLY?! DO BETTER. I feel like the worker got something personal against me at this point
Service would be improved if there were more personnel. There was only one cashier during lunchtime. She had to leave her register to replace supplies and prepare beverages. I worked as a cashier, and I know the importance of maintaining accuracy while dealing with monies, I hope she was not penalized for any mistakes. Despite having to multi task, she was pleasant and professional
