It's just Zaxby's but let's talk about it. Stopped by for dinner and saw the lobby open sign just to be thwarted by a locked door after checking the hours. Had to wait to order at the speaker and again for the food at the window but nothing too bad. Tried the new chicken philly sandwich combo and it was pretty good. Got nibblers just in case it wasn't good but no complaints on the food.

I recently visited this location using the drive-thru and they left out 1/3 of the wings. When I got home, I called and they said to come back the next day and they would be happy to give me the wings that they had forgotten, which they did. The food was good but not great and I appreciate the manager correcting the situation and admitting they made the mistake. I have visited this location several times and this is the only time they have not gotten the order correct in the drive-thru.
The customer service was great and friendly at this location, the food was prepared fresh and it was delicious! I highly recommend this location! This is the Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad with the Lite Vinaigrette. This the best fast food salad I have ever had compared to other chain of restaurants.
This is the slowest FASTFOOD restaurant in Montgomery. Waited in line for 10 mins to give them my money with only one car in front of me. Then when I get to the window I’m asked to pull up!!! No problem (another 10 to 15 min just make sure it some hot food) NOPE!!!!!!!!! I had to get out of the car walk to every door (they all was locked) so I walked to the window asking where is my food??? The girl is looking puzzled. And my food is just sitting on the counter!!! The young girl was standing/ cleaning right by my food and said I didn’t know that this bag needed to be taken out!!!! how in the hell you didn’t know to take the food out!??!?!? Very disappointed. DO NOT COME HERE AROUND 9:00 pm .........UPDATE 5-5-18 2:49 pm 5 starts I love this crew. They went the heck off!!!!!
They don't honor the military discount here. Every time we ask they say they are still getting it "set up." Today was my first visit in a long time. The restaurant wasn't that busy and the drive thru was moving fast. I wanted to try the new TLC chicken sandwich meal, and ordered it. The person at the window had a lump in her bottom lip. While I waited for my food I watched her spit in a cup. Not sure the Health Department is cool with dipping snuff while working the drive thru window.
I got my meal and headed home. I noticed on the way home I smelled something like ketchup. My sandwich is supposed to be just a fried chicken patty with lettuce and tomato on a bun. Opened the box when I got home and it was the wrong meal, a Kicken Chicken sandwich, which is spicy. I thought about driving back for one minute, then just ate it. Make sure and open your box before leaving the drive thru window. I don't even like spicy food.
This the worst ZAXBYS I have ever been to !!! Just because they are a franchise they are sooooo rude . I had a remake that a manager informed me to come and get when arrived to the store the managers begin to argue with me about my food . Customer service is all about pleasing the customer and this was not the case at all. please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I was treated so badly !!!! Montgomery has to stop!!!
On a trip to see family, we made a small stop for food. During this stop, the workers were rude gossiping about us during the visit. As a Huge Zaxby's fan, I was shocked at the unpleasantness. Not to mention the toast being burned on one side, and the Nibbler was missing lettuce.
