Best WLM Reviews
Horrible experience every time we’ve been here & wish we hadn’t given them another chance. Waste of time & money! We were in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes for bad food. We didn’t get straws or sauces. The food was fried in bad oil and tasted absolutely awful. I paid extra for sauced chicken & it was plain. On this of that, our fries has NO seasoning. My brother placed a mobile order as well & he was charged TWICE & didn’t know until after. Never plan to come back to this location!!
Order placed December 10th at 7:45 p.m. on the company's app. Both chicken sandwiches where made sloppy any skimpy on the appropriate condiments. The sandwiches did not look like the pictures. The fries were not close to a serving, and the packer bager forgot to add she slow. I'm very disappointed.
I order an Regular Chicken meal yesterday and it was Bad???? and today on 3/21/24 I took it bad and got another and it was bad ???? what kind of grease are they used and the grease is not fresh at all and the batter is so hard on the Overly Cook chicken please change the grease and batter for the chicken something is WRONG in this Restaurant. Look at the Pics Manager and owner.
Food was cold after I asked them to make sure that everything was made fresh, the service was not that good because I had to keep going up asking for things that they had forgotten about that was asked for prior. We were the only customers dining inside so I did not understand why my food was cold and why they did not give us our condiments that was asked for. It was slow so it's not like they were extremely busy.
Usually never write reviews but the person on front counter with dreads did wonderful. He got us what we needed, greeted us, took our order, did a great job cleaning the lobby and checking in on us.
Food came out really fast. Lance seems like a fantastic leader for the Jeffersonville Zaxbys. I watched him interact with several employees and other customers. Hopefully corporate sees this review and shows him some love!
Used to love eating here. In the last 5 years it's become an exercise in futility. The last few times we've tried we've just walked out and went somewhere else because the service is so slow all it takes is one idiot ordering at the counter to shut things down. Honestly, all "fast food" restaurants need to convert to the ordering process that steak and shake uses if you can't fully staff your location so there's more than one order taker. Then you can just roll up and order your meal on the kiosk and the idiots can sit there and scratch their heads on how to place their overcomplicated orders.
This place is always a disaster. Dining room is always a mess - trash overflowing - out of 1/2 the sodas they offer. No one there cares. Management must be abysmal as this has been going on for months. Gave them 3 tries over many months and all were highly disappointing.
