Came to order. 8pm on 8/13/2024
Francheska had the worst attitude I have ever experienced ordering from a drive thru . She was extremely rude and unprofessional. However, Hailey made the night a lot better by being spot on , to extend better customer service , while giving us our food at the window. I hope the manager or owner can train Francheska on how to speak to customers who are simply trying to get their family dinner.

Went to drive thru and was on a long line. When it was our turn, we were told just a minute. Ten minutes later and several hello’s later no response so we proceeded to the window. We said no one was responding and we were waiting a long time. The girl said we can’t take orders at the window. After we said, we were on line that long then she said, what do you want? We placed our order and were told to pull forward and they will bring our order out. After another 5-10 minutes and watching many cars go thru and leave we went inside. The order was still being worked on. Everything was checked before we left to make sure we had what we ordered but as we were eating it was like eating chicken jerky. My dogs may enjoy the $46 meals. Horrible service and food equally bad!!
Young lady at register was very nice and pleasant! Didn't take very long to receive my order! Took it home and did enjoy it! Sauce was delicious!
Food was absolutely awful not fresh not really hot. This was second time here wanted to give place second chance would never go back throw all our food right in the garbage would not even food it to my dog.
Ordered for 3 people on 9/21 through a drive-thru. It was empty restaurant and we still got our food order wrong … before we could even speak up and tell the server that it was wrong he walked away and never came back lol. No wonder the place isn’t packed like the restaurants around it bc of their rude and none carrying service.
Terrible service st this location. I ordered thru drive thru. When I got to the window. I paid and employee told me that wings will take 8 minutes. I said fine and she said pull up and someone will come out and give you food. I waited 25 minutes and no food. So I went inside and told employee about theing wait and where was my food. She looked at my receipt and went to check what was going on. She told me it's coming out now. I mentioned again that was told 8 minutes and now waited over 25 minutes. She turn around grab my food ,put in bag and handed to me. She was rude and didn't care or acknowledge what I said but didn't even apologize. No reason for Delay because they had a full staff cooking in back. Also ask for manager to contact me and never did. Also the quality and portion if food was terrible for the price. The chicken tenders were a kids bite size.
Asked for the whimpy on my loaded fries. Didn’t get it, and not enough sauce.
Staff is always friendly, even when they're busy. Food is usually good. The only reason why I'm giving three stars instead of four or more is because of a repeat issue I have, seems like every time I order. Always get lettuce added to nibblers when I get them, and I always pay for the lettuce, but I rarely ever get the lettuce. Lol. Today, this is what I got. ???? No joke, literally one single tiny piece of lettuce on the one sandwich.
