I had a disappointing experience with both the customer service and the food quality. I ordered a Big Snack Meal, and the portion of fries was minimal. The chicken tenders had very little meat, which was really disappointing. My family also ordered salads, but instead of receiving the proper salad dressing, we were given dipping sauce. To top it off, we were served small drinks despite paying for large ones. When I went up to request more fries, the staff member didn’t acknowledge the issue or offer an apology. He seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, which only added to the negative experience.
Just tried the walterboro Zaxby's , we were not disappointed at all. The service was fast, the restaurant clean, and the food Hot and Juicy. This is way a restaurant should be run. We will be back soon for sure.
Got here around 1pm, all we ordered was 2 salads, nothing added or extra. It took us 15 minutes to finally get our salads. There wasn’t but 2 ordered before ours and plenty of staff walking around and in the kitchen. Very poor service. If you need something quick, go somewhere else.
Stopped by after work for a couple of salads. Got there at 5:06. Didn't get my food until 20 minutes later with only 3 cars ahead of me. Not the first time I've had this experience. The car ahead of me should have been asked to pull up as they had multiple orders. When I finally got to the window the workers looked like they were all on break. They were unconcerned with the customers. No apology for the wait. This used to be a top notch place but it has become a place I will no longer patronize. Management should consider hiring a whole new staff. Zero stars would be too much! I don't recommend this place.
Stopped after a long day’s drive and had the taco fingers. It was fine. Place was clean and service was nice. This is a chain and is fine for fast food, utilitarian purpose. We were glad it was open when so many others were closed due to power outages!
What happened to this Zaxby's? It used to be top notch. I just picked up a salad through drive-thru, got home, started eating, and halfway into it I find spotted rotten mushy lettuce! I'm hoping I don't end up sick. Not to mention, there was no fork nor napkins in the bag. I guess they figured I could use my fingers to eat my salad.
Edited to state: they want to offer you a refund via the app only. I don't mess with the apps. What happened to just mailing or emailing a frigging coupon?????
7/25/24: once again I order a salad and another item through drive-thru and the item is completely left out. I had to get out of my car, go inside and stand there for almost 15 minutes waiting for this item. Then I get home to find that my salad is missing two major ingredients, AGAIN, and I had to add to it!!!!!
This used to be such a nice place to eat but not anymore. It sucks!!!
Lately, the fries have had very little/no seasoning despite requesting regular when ordering. Everything else has been fine
Put in a mobile order 20 minutes before arrival. Their drive through speaker was broken so I told the lady standing outside I had a mobile order. She told me to just go to the window. Got to the window and they seemed surprised when I told them I had a mobile order. Proceeded to ask all sorts of questions about it and then asked me to pull forward and had to wait 30 minutes. Don’t even bother using the app here cause there’s no point.
