I’m not sure how there are so many poor reviews. Boyfriend and I had a great experience. The main woman at the front in question for service was there, and while we did not directly interact with her (mobile orders) she was pleasant to other customers. The food was bussin, nice and hot! There was no annoying “oh it’s 25 cents” for sauce… thank you! Lol, we had a good ole experience, and our food was fresh and tasty. Maybe we caught them on a great day! ????????♀️
Stopped by for lunch today and Ivory in the payment shed was awesome. She had a very positive, cheerful attitude - loved that! And the sweet woman working the window was really great also, just very nice and positive. I get such a negative vibe from most fast food workers anymore - today’s visit with these ladies was a great treat!
The Pooler Zaxbys is the best Zaxbys of all the Zaxbys in the world of Zaxbys! The team members are consistently kind and the overall mood is contagious. In one of the busiest areas of the Southeast, they could easily choose frustration, yet they never seem annoyed, never bothered. Instead, they are ready and willing to serve. Thank you all and keep shining brightly!

The employee Ahmasia was the rudest person ever. She rolled her eyes at me and was annoyed because she messed up and gave me the wrong size cup. I asked her for the correct one which I paid extra for and had a nasty face with me so I said I can show you my recipe and she rolled her eyes and slammed the cup on the counter. I called the store to talk a manager, but no one answered.
The food was subpar! It wasn’t hot when I received it. My cookies were thrown in the bag and not placed in a separate bag like it’s supposed to! The guy handling the order he was professional and very well spoken! The three young ladies working the drive thru they were laughing and talking amongst themselves so much they didn’t notice I was still at the window needing assistance!!!
Stopped by for lunch a few days ago and Alana in the payment shed was awesome. She had a very positive, cheerful attitude and kept a smile on her face throughout our interaction - loved that! It's rare these days to see a young person enjoying their job and that days' visit stuck with me - Keep up the great work Alana!
Alana offered great customer service as the cashier in the booth. Once I pulled up to the pickup window, the staff there were friendly and my order was accurate. Overall I am pleased with my transaction at Zaxby’s in Pooler. Keep up the great work, y’all!!!
