I must say we just picked up 2 zalads and they are skimpy. The menu says Big Zalads. We will return but give the people what they pay for. Now I just realized there is no sauce for the egg rolls.
Update: went today and again tenders were moderate but see the pic for the amount of sauce I received. Waste of a plastic cup.
It took some time to get my order, and then I had to wait 5 minutes for a fresh batch. When I received my cheesecake bites, they were lukewarm. Also, the workers do not wear hair nets or gloves on their hands.
Brought my whole family inside to dine in and we had such amazing customer service! The girls taking our order were so sweet, pleasant, and helpful! Very welcoming, clean, best Zaxbys location in the area!
I was passing through city of Millington TN and stopped by to get a salad. Saw the advertisement for the "Beast Box". Decided to try it instead. It was very good. Chicken fingers were tender, crinkle fries and cheese bites were cooked just right. And it comes with a drink of your choice and two dipping sauces. Nice place to dine in. Beautiful building. I went to the drive-thru. Good courteous service. Would definitely purchase again.
Orders a chicken club sandwitch combo. Asked for medium hot sauce. The dot they called sauce didn't bring much value to the meal. A very large disappointment to have such little care to make the sandwich properly. The upside the chicken was delicious and moist. Frys were also well spices. Overall a good option just make sure you ask for extra sauce.
This was my 1st time eating at Zaxby’s !! The food, atmosphere , and customer service was 5 star!! The Boneless Wing meal was great !! I will be back again !!!
The food was good and they were very friendly! Even though the line was long, I did not wait a long time. The dining area inside is still closed but drive thru service was fast and efficient!
To clarify, Im new to Tennessee so im not sure how Zaxbys arrangements work with each state.
I bought the 5 piece chicken finger plate, double fries, with extra sauce. The service was fast. Did not recieve extra sauce and they didn't give me the double fries. Not worth the money spent!! I do have a picture but dont know how to post it. Meal was over $14. Additionally, this hasn't been the first time with this location. Wish management would do better. I love Zaxbys!!
