Dined in, the fried pickles were really salty. Any more salt and the wouldn't have been edible. I was really excited to try the chicken bacon ranch fries, my son ordered the boneless wings combo. Both of our entrees were cold. The only thing that came out fresh and warm were the fried pickles.
Had the 10 piece with a small fry in sweet and spicy sauce. Service was sweet as well, got some extra ranch too :)
Perhaps the people working behind the counter should pay a little more atten to what they are doing. My order hasn't been right the last two times I've been there. They are also not at all focused when interacting with the customer. Do better.
Worst fast food experience of my life to date.
I first went to Zaxbys a handful of years ago. I had lived in the north until recently so I didn't get to try it again since the first time. Maybe it was location or the quality just went down but my goodness...
It took 2 cashiers to understand our order. We had to alter it slightly because I have a dairy allergy. This is unheard of apparently, they both looked at us like we were aliens.
I couldn't have the standard sauce with my chicken so instead of subbing the sauce they nixed it then unchanged us for nondairy sauce.
My breaded boneless wings were 75% breading at $1+ per wing. It was $7 for 5 bread nuggets.
My partners meal was old and cold. The fries were soggy with oil, cold, and over seasoned. Their buttered bread had sat so long the butter was solid again.
There were swarms of fruit or drain flys covering the two jugs of tea.
The fried pickles were mushy and drenched with oil. They were so salty my mouth hurt after.
Despite being charged for sauce at all, they forgot all of it as well as the soda that came wifh the meal. Had to ask to get it.
There was a lone, crumpled, black sock, hanging out between the bathroom doors.
The bathroom stall wouldn't lock, I had to lift the door so the hinges would line up. There was no hook on the stall door, broken off. On top of it, 2 SMASHED ROACHES, left in the stall.
I know prices are going up while quality is going down but why did I even bother coming here? I received so little for almost $30 and it made me sick with how oily and gross it was. If this is the standard, I wouldn't recommend this chain to anyone, muchless fast food in general.

1st time there, they had good preferences when I talked to them in the drive thru, however, fries were fried but not all the way and still had the frozen taste to them and hard, boneless wings I ordered sweet and spicy they were nice no kick at all. Texas toast is just that, no flavoring or flavor. $23 for 10 wings fries and a drink ????????????
Good chicken! Way better than Canes (where each extra container of sauce costs another 50 cents)! I got wings and fried mushrooms. Delicious! My husband fell in love when he was on orders out in GA. When he saw we had one nearby, he was definitely going to take the rest of us. They have kids meals. The booths have high backs so it's intimate. You usually don't see that in fast food. It looks like a sit down restaurant but it's definitely fast food (they have a drive-thru). Pleasant employees and clean facilities. Super juicy chicken and the sauces are excellent. I'll be back!
The person who took our order at the drive thru wasn't very happy. My wings had very little sauce tonight. Still good though. They forgot our sauces so I had to go in and get them.
So my 17 yr old son applied to work for this company… we called 3 weeks straight and were constantly given the run around. Poor management! The hiring manager kept promising to call back and never did after leaving messages and speaking with her. I called everyday because my son was at school and after the 4th week I was told very passively oh we filled the job. The management team needs to do better considering the majority of the team are teens. Communication is free… Poor communication skills for the management! If you’re looking for job placement you will need to do their job and keep calling them to get updates.
