Well as most places it's just getting harder to get quality food when u eat out.Went here for lunch and ordered the 3 piece lunch with Cole slaw instead of fries. Glad I ate inside. When I got my order, slaw did not taste fresh, did not eat and only 2 fingers on plate, had to show cashier which she quickly remedied but just want good food and service when I spend my hard earned money.
The food was horrible !!! We got two to go chicken finger plates. Everything tasted like salt ! All we could taste was salt !!! We could not taste our chicken, fries or even the garlic on the garlic bread. Everything tasted like pure brine !! Some salt is ok but people please!!! I did NOT come to pay this much money for brine that we could NOT eat and ended up putting in the trash !! I will NEVER eat from there again !!!!
Yummy yummy food. It was really good and they have excellent workers there
Zaxby's in Woodruff SC Has the Best Customer Service & Chicken in Woodruff SC.If anything goes wrong with ur order the Manager will make it right . I ordered a Cobb Salady eggs were left out . I went back Fixed no issues. I stopped going 2 Bojangles in Woodruff SC Bc their manager she is so unprofessional & untrained when it comes to customer service. Without Good Customer Service. The Food will not be good either. Thxs Zaxby's ????
I have never been to Zaxby’s.
I have gone to this place twice just to see what was so special.
Food was cold and the staff is rude! I will not eat at this place ever again. Wife just went today and she said was disappointed as well.
I’ll go to a different Zaxby’s from now on
UPDATE!!
Just got dinner from there and all of it was cold. All of the wings I ordered didn't even feel like they were cooked right then. Taste wise it was fine but it was all cold and that's not how you keep business. Not sure if I'm gonna order from here again.
JUST WENT HERE AGAIN TODAY FOR A MOBILE ORDER. THEY FORGOT A WHOLE ORDER OF WINGS AND THINGS. ALSO AND THIS MAY SOUND PETTY BUT IF I PAY FOR SOME EXTRA BACON ON A COBB SALAD THEN I EXPECT THE EXTRA BACON. AND ITS NOT LIKE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME EITHER. ITS BEEN EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE MADE THAT ORDER. I PAY THE EXTRA 99 CENTS FOR IT AND I SHOULDNT HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE COUNTER TO GET IT. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS.
I went there around 9:45 and was immidately told to hold on. After about two minutes I order, but waited a while and only had two cars ahead of me. I ordered tea and they said they didn’t have any. I also asked for extra zax sauce and was charged for it. However I get home and there is no zax sauce in the bag and not even the standard one that comes in the box. The toast is barely buttered or toasted. The fries are not seasoned at all and some are hard crispy pieces. I likely won’t be back to this Zaxbys for the poor service and not even getting what I asked, and was charged, for or what I wanted for that matter.
Food was excellent! A very nice place to sit down and eat. I loved watching the train go by :)
