Got there at 9:50pm. I knew better.. I blame myself. I pulled off at 10:25pm Luke warm fries. Barely dipped tenders. I definitely should have checked before leaving smh.
Pretty dissatisfied with my order today. From the time I placed my order to the time I got my food, it had been 30 minutes. Waited in a parking spot for 20 of those minutes for a salad and order of egg rolls. I walked in to ask about my order and it’s sitting on the counter, but I was told “it just came up”. Get in my car with my order and it’s cold but fried to a crisp. I have never not been parked when going through the drive thru at this location. If I’m parking, I’m expecting fresh food, and that’s not what I was served today. Also, the sweet and spicy sauce was missing from my order of egg rolls.
5.29.2023 @ 9.40 pm.... We've been here almost an hour getting our order completed and corrected! If my husband wasn't patient, I'd have left long ago with the half of the order that was correct AND a FULL refund.... we waited almost 25+ minutes for a kiddie cheese meal... 30+ minutes!!! And they charged us 2x....
Finally, got the grilled cheese and it's cold! Never got utensils nor the salad dressing; yet decided to leave anyway out of pure frustration....
I ordered the 8 boneless wing meal with a side of cheese bites. I enjoyed my meal and they were very accommodating. This location has two drive thru lanes and is very new!
First time visiting this newly built 'Zaxby's Chicken Fingers'. Cashier "Elias T." offered exceptional service. Nice facility inside and out. Nice atmosphere. Received order quickly and accurately. Employees behind counter seemed eager to get all orders completed with a sense of urgency. Will return...
It’s always a wait time… no matter what you get. In drive thru be prepared to get parked no matter what you order. The workers don’t even spend the time to do their hair. Today I went and all the women were wearing head scarfs on their head supported by zaxbys because they were zaxbys brand. Even the so call GM if you want to call her that she runs around playing with the staff members . My suggestion is to start from the top and hire all new professional management and team members.The food is never fresh and always old and hard. Mix old food with horrible service you have this zaxbys!!!
I purchased 1 big zax snack meal, 1 wings and things meal, 1 cheddar bites, and 1 chicken bacon ranch loaded fries w/ zax sauce instead of ranch. Ordered from the drive-thru and they repeated everything back to me correctly. They had us pull up to wait which was perfectly understandable. I should have checked the order before leaving but I didn't want to wake my sleeping toddler with the noise of a rustling plastic bag. The chicken and the cheddar bites were fresh and very good. The fries in each meal were unseasoned, cold and soggy, probably didn't get that way in the 15 minute drive home. For the loaded fries order, the person who took my order repeated to me that I wanted the ranch substituted for zax sauce, the receipt also says this. So why is there no sauce at all? They didn't even give me an extra sauce for me to add it myself. There's also no bacon anywhere to be found, and the everything was cold enough when put in the box together that the cheese didn't even start to melt. You can and you should do better.
Ken & Richara were amazing even though my order was wrong at first they were soo friendly , extremely patient and helpful I’m very happy to say that this was the first time in a long time that I’ve received food at a good temperature, in a timely manner & didn’t have a problem with the staff that help me so special shout out to those two & I hope that every time in the future that I come that I always have encounters with those two individuals <3
