Been passing by this place for a min ???? Had to pop in a check out the joint ???? So immediately upon receiving my food, I was compelled to compare the place to Raisin Canes....and I know I ain't the only one☝️????♂️
So in my comparison ???? Canes is far superior, especially their sauce. I wasn't quite fond of Zaxby's sauce. Even the name, "Zaxby's" just sounds unpleasant to the ear ????
Their slaw tho ???? that was a nice compliment to the wannabe chicken tenders ????
The atmosphere on the inside was kinda groovy ???? even tho the joint was a ghost town ????️ not much else to say.
Please close this location before gets food poisoning! It’s filthy here.
They just opened when we were here meaning no customers had been here yet. Every seat has crumbs in it and the garbage can looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The plastic serving tray just needed to be thrown out.
As first customers you would think the food would be fresh, it was like warm.
Sad part is, the person who made our Luke warm food was training someone new.
Employees park in all the front spaces giving the appearance that it’s busy, but it’s just their cars taking up customer parking.
Whoever is the franchise owner of this place obviously doesn’t know anything about the business.
Overall, it was a great experience. The chicken breading was different from all other zaxbys. The toast and fries are far better than any other zaxbys I've been to.
The food came out within 30 seconds of ordering, and it was fresh and hot.
Clean dining area and nice staff.
THANK YOU for NOT being a location that makes me pay for the extra sauce. Most other zaxbys will tell you that any extra sauce is 25 cents. That's frustrating and inconvenient.
Excellent service. The cashier greeted us and brought us our food. Very pleasant and friendly. Clean establishment and clean bathrooms. I asked for an unsweet tea, and they gladly accommodated me.
The garlic wing sauce is delicious. Friendly service!
This is what a $15 meal looks like. I asked if they could change the fries for fried pickles, even at an extra charge and they said no, that I had to pay full price for the pickles and get the fries with the meal, which is fine; but this is what $5 fried pickles looked like. I wouldn't have even paid $1.99 for that. Overpriced meal to say the least. Box was dripping grease on the outside.
I have been here at least a dozen times now. Seems like each time something I order is cold. It still tastes good, but hot would be nice. The one constant is that the drink machine is always nasty. Bucket, bleach (or formula) water, a towel, and 15 seconds is all it takes. I'll be back again.
Went yesterday only for my salad to be room temperature, a hair was on my bread, and my fries were cold and soggy. I’ve been to this location so much and never have a bad experience. The hair alone makes me not ever want to eat here again.
