KAYLA, should be fired and replaced immediately! Incompetent. 3 of the last 3 times I’ve ordered from here whether it be in drive through or on the phone the order is ALWAYS wrong and or short and she has never ever fixed it or even been respectful… you’d think when you make a mistake you’d correct it for the customer to KEEP the customer, not Kayla…. Zaxbys anywhere else is amazing, except the one on south lake drive with Kayla. Really has me missing the cayce location. Also that’s how bad she is. I’d rather drive to cayce than order from this location again… 0 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND. And always check your food before you leave!! Ordered a classic signature chicken sandwich and this is what I got… don’t even have lettuce on it ???? completely left out my Mr.beast box also…
If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Our office ordered salads today all the lettuce was rotten. Not brown... rotten! One salad had a bug in it. To make it worse they tried to hide the bad lettuce on the bottom. Be sure you flip your salads over and look. This is disgusting!
Ordered the BLT chicken finger tacos from drive-thru, made it home, sat down to eat dinner with my family and was pretty disappointed to find no lettuce and two small tomatoes on each one. I called and the manager was very nice and offered to replace the food. I was also notified that they only come with two small tomatoes. I'd consider the advertisement they have shown on the menu false advertisement.
Some of the RUDEST staff to ever work here. I’ve had multiple incidents with these incompetent drive thru ladies, when I am very nice and ask PLEASE. don’t even bother asking for extra sauce or to exchange it when you order, they never put it in the bag so make sure you check it before you leave, and when you ask for extra sauce they don’t say anything and hand it to you roughly , don’t even bother saying Thankyou because they don’t say a word back to you. I’ve also been called stupid when they got my order wrong and I tried to fix it at the window. Better be careful this is like my 5th time in a row with a bad experience and I rarely go here. IT SUCKS
We ordered multiple meals and all the fries didn't have any seasoning. Like none at all. We also paid for extra Zax sauce and got none. I ordered the nibblers meal and I was disappointed in the chicken on one of the nibblers. It wasn't even a full piece of chicken. They could have done better than that. For the money we spent, we will think twice about going back for a while.
If your getting the "limited time special" tacos for 10 bucks, be prepared for them to be filled halfway with 1 mini piece of chicken. Laughable!
Ordered online curbside pickup.Had to go in and get order, and when I did. There was no sweet tea available. Had to get it from drive-thru. Will not go back.
I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheese fries and it was fixed TERRIBLY. They gave me more cheese on it than anything else. The amount of cheese that was on this plate was enough to at least make two grilled cheese sandwhichs. And I only get horrible food at night
