Horrible Service. Manager doesn't care. Staff/Cooks don't want to work. Was there on Aug 3. For a 20 piece tender, I had to wait 38+ min. People were asking for refunds and leaving for excessive wait times. Cooks were laughing and joking in the back. They just weren't working and frying chicken or even trying to be efficient. There must have been at least 7-8 workers and the manager working yet the trash overflowing, no ice, bad service. Customers were complaining, asking for refunds, and everyone was getting fustrated.
The dining room had trash all over the floor, the trash bins were overflowing and there were no napkins. I've never seen anything like it
This is the worst Zaxbys that I have been through they barely had any drinks available. My toast wasn’t toasted . My chicken could have been more crispy. It took a while for the staff to notice that o wanted to place an order and lastly the bathroom was dirty.
I got the Asia zensation salad,not impressed with it won't be doing that again. But the egg roll was delicious, wish I had ordered additional one. Otherwise service was great and environment was clean. I will definitely go back again, love the bread they served.
Stopped in for a quick bite on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered 2 chicken finger platters. While the chicken was fine, the coleslaw was definitely food service with just a thimble full given and we had to ask for forks. The dining room was filthy, trash on the floor everywhere . The men’s room was also filthy, probably not cleaned since opening with a urine puddle under the urinal. The sink top was puddled with no paper products. Yuck! Try somewhere else. I’ve seen cleaner facilities in a big city transit station.
Staff was extremely slow, took forever to get our online order from behind the counter (despite them having a whole online order shelf available), they completely missed half the order, put about half a cup of Zax sauce on the chicken sandwich (the patty was about the size of a slider), toaster was broken, didn’t put seasoning on any of the fries, cheese curd order had about 7 curds in total, straight up didn’t have the fried pickles we ordered (they gave cheesecake bites in return), added crispy onions to salad despite removing them, ran out of ice, about half the drinks on the freestyle weren’t available, and the drinks they did were watered down. I will say the food I had was pretty good (after the roughly 30 minutes it took to get everything sorted), but same wasn’t quite true for the rest of my family whose food was dry and overcooked. I truly do not understand how it’s even possible to have this many problems in a single fast food order, it’s kind of impressive
As always, Zaxby’s delivered good enough food, but the customer service and presentation of this location was atrocious. There were at least 10+ people waiting for their food while I waited five minutes at the register for someone to even take my order. As I’m waiting, I see several employees standing around and talking amongst themselves. There was clearly no sense or urgency in assisting me.
Lastly, upon needing to use the restroom, I was greeted to overflowing trash bins (pictured below). Unacceptable presentation, cleanliness, wait times, and customer service. Absolutely do not recommend stopping here.
Waited around for over 45 minutes for our food while watching people walk in and out getting their orders fulfilled. Walked up twice and was told they were working on it. Decided to ask for my money back and left. Not sure how my chicken wasn't ready in 45 minutes while others walked in and out in minutes when all they make is one product.
