Best WLM Reviews
Polite, professional and quick service, it wasn't busy. The restrooms were clean. The chicken sandwich meal was good. Great place to stop in and grab a bite.
All you can drink from the Coca-Cola fountain machine if you dine in. The dining room looked clean. Drive thru was not busy either.
I just had this for the first time recently and I'm a big fan! We got our food quickly and the order was accurate! The chickenhad good flavor but was on the dry side, love the sauce too! I'd have it again.
Our son had a football game in town, and we were so excited to see a Zaxbys in town. We knew exactly where we were going to eat. Unfortunately, it fell very short of making the mark. The restaurant was empty and slow, we didn't get greeted right away, the pop machine was out of a lot of flavors, the dining room was dirty, our food was very cold, later I decided to order cheese curds and those came out cold too. We let them know about our cold food and they made us fresh orders right away, but in my opinion, this should have been fresh the first time we got our food. Def a disappointing visit.
Always clean, food is fresh. Theres no good places for fast food fried chicken in Warrensburg, so this is a good option to keep you from having to drive an hour out of your way.
Edit: Its been about 6 months since my review. Today I went through drive thru and was admittably a little disappointed. Chicken was cold, and drink had so much ice I only got a few sips before it was gone. I usually dont get coleslaw, but forgot to have it taken off, and ended up eating a little bit... with my fingers, because there was no fork or spoon.
Came in to order food and eat waited forever to even be asked if I was ready to which I replied yes. Then worker had a very rude attitude towards me and another employee she was telling to do something while taking my order. Finished taking my order 20 minutes later luke warm food when I asked she told me sorry short staffed due to firing people another 10 minutes later got my food again and by that time I wasn’t even hungry threw it away walked out. Horrible person in charge horrible atmosphere and attitude. Won’t be back.
Brought my family out as a recommendation. I met Jonathan at the counter. He took our order and answered any question we had. As well as fulfilled any specific requests with our meal. All staff were professional, building was clean and friendly. I thought prices were reasonable and fair. Very good experience, I would easily recommend Zaxby's again.
First time eating here and very impressed, my food came out quicker than expected hot and fresh everything definitely delicious, will be recommending
don’t work here fr they’ll fire you over some bs lies that a 14 year old manager tells them. yea you read that correctly 14 years old?? she can’t even drive herself to work nonetheless manage people????
