Asked for fresh egg rolls , waited 5 minutes for fresh egg rolls to cook as I was pulled to wait . Received recooked egg rolls or they were in expired grease
Definitely not what I requested.
I stopped here today for a chicken sandwich. According to my receipt it’s called a Signature Sandwich. It had “Zax sauce” and pickles on it. It tasted really good!
The dining room is very nice. I like all the Palatka decor.
It's good. I wouldn't come back again though. Maybe if I were to be in the area once again. The workers were very nice, patient, and explained everything to us so it was good. The food was alright, the chicken was juicy, the fries were hot as some were warm, they weren't really "crunchy" like, apparently one was mushier than the others. The wings are good. The Tongue Torch wasn't even spicy, it felt acidic like. The chicken for the sandwich was salty, and I felt like I was eating pure salt. Also the chicken piece was quite big, I couldn't fit it in my mouth, more like I couldn't take a bite out of it without having to open my mouth widely.

This is my favorite chicken place. Well known for its great chicken sandwiches and features. Highly recommend this place and you won't be disappointed. A little pricier than dollar menu stuff but well worth the price
It used to be that when we went to Zaxby's we would get nice fat juicy strips of chicken. Today we got skinny dried out tough pieces of chicken. I hope this isn't going to be the new norm for them. I'm going to try another Zaxby's to see if it's the same. Hopefully, I won't be disappointed.
Fast service, delicious fresh food, the house salad was perfect, chicken tenders and fries were hot and delicious, funnel cake was amazing.
Got the signature chicken sandwich, which comes with crinkle cut fries and a drink. The chicken and the sandwich is fried and it comes with pickles, like Chick-fil-A, but I would say Chick-fil-A is definitely better. This Zaxby chicken didn't have a whole lot of flavor, although there was nothing wrong with it.
The fries were not burnt but they were pretty well cooked, the next thing to burnt. They tasted okay, but just okay, and would have been much better if not cooked so long. I don't know if this is a grease issue or overcooking issue or what. So on the whole, the meal was certainly edible, but it really would not draw me back. By the way, strange as it seems this is my first time ever at a Zaxby's. $8.29 for the meal before tax.
