My family & I chose to grab a quick dinner at Zaxby’s on Panola Rd. Typically, I frequent the Zaxby’s on Mall Pkwy, but I decided to go a different route. Horrible mistake.
For starters, I thought by ordering our food via the mobile app would be faster; no, another mistake on my part. When we arrived at the restaurant we were parked and waited for 10mins. Ok, no problem. We waited.
A young lady came outside asking if we ordered online? Yes, we did (communication appears to be a problem). So, she proceeded to gather our food. We left, didn’t check our order because we thought everything was in good order.
Our order was incomplete and incorrect. So, I had to go back to the restaurant asking for my order to be corrected. The shift manager appeared to be bothered that I asked for my order to be corrected. I asked a young lady with red hair and a gentleman would they eat this sloppy prepared sandwich, they answered no. So they proceeded to correct my order and make it right. Thank you for that; however, the shift manager became flustered because I asked for the sauces that they never gave me to begin with.
There should not have been any questions asked nor comments, the correct way to make it right is to get it right by providing the customer with the appropriate condiments/items requested. You all made the mistake, when the order was clearly listed on the receipt via the mobile app. What’s the point of ordering through the app if you’re not paying attention to the customer’s order.
Google forces me to give one star. Only go here if your stomach is made of steel not joking one bit. I am pregnant and ordered from here and I didnt even halfway finish before I puked it all up. The food was undercooked, the service was terrible when there was only 1 other person in the drive thru line with me. I was not difficult they had 5 workers all sitting around the front counter chatting the fact I leave work on break to come here for this really bothers me. Won't be coming here again.
Man I eat Zaxby’s at least once a week but this by far was the worst, the fries were soggy, the toast look like it was from the night before and I ordered my food at 10:45am and I ordered 2 4 finger plate one being tossed and I’m missing a whole tender like yall can’t count, it’s so frustrating spending my hard earned money to have these ppl play over my food. Smh it so simple I promise you I’ve worked there before.
I have never gotten bread that was only toasted on one side and was only given 2 dipping sauce for a 6 pieces of chicken and was in line for over 15 minutes and when I got to the window all the employees just standing around talking and had us waiting for our food longer than we should of waited and asked for no coleslaw but extra fries and we got a small amount of fries but the food was good and hot !!
Close This Location Down Tonight! I went for a chicken finger plate! First of all I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before being greeted! My order came out wrong, cold, & disgusting! I call to speak with a manager Jasmine, and was hung up on! I called back again and she told the other gentleman to tell me that she was taking an order and couldn’t come to the phone! Oh & She’s the 1 that took my order and got it wrong! While on the phone there is Nothing but talking, laughing. When you get to the window there is the strongest aroma of Marijuana coming out of this place! I can’t believe this mess! Shut it Down!! Tenders supposed to be dipped, bread should be toasted, fries burnt & stale!
I noticed a very hard working young Lady working the front register, she was moving with a sense of purpose. And being polite and courteous with the customers and her co-workers. I was so impressed with her working ethic that I complimented her on her performance. The young lady is Purcell D.
I must give kudos to Chelsea and Queen. These young ladies worked the drive thru, they were professional, courteous, and kind. These attributes are very rare these days. Thank you for great service!
This was my first time going to this location. I had placed a pick up order for a Cobb salad, chicken loaded fries, and funnel cake. Once I got there I waited for 15 mins after my scheduled time to pick up which I was fine with I understand they were under staff. But I was not fine with them being careless and giving me anything, I had no dressing in the bag for my salad and I was missing a funnel cake. I told them I didn’t have any dressing and no funnel cake. I was told they didn’t have no more of the dressing (I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me before handing me the bag so I can substitute). I waited 10 minutes for the funnel cake to be really hard and didn’t put paper in the container so the funnel cake won’t burn through the plastic. I had to throw it away because of the plastic all over the funnel cake and I wasn’t feeding that to my daughter. The loaded fries tasted old and I threw that away. They are too careless and no one is checking the bags.
