If you ask for no seasoning on fries, just know they don't care. I've tried 2 separate times to get no seasoning fries, and each time has been a massive fail. There will not be a 3rd. It's really not rocket science to do the job you're paid for correctly. I've worked fast food, it really isn't hard. Plus, you guys only had 2 cars in drive thru. There are no excuses.
Spent almost 30 bucks on some wings for them to be dry and have a terrible flavor. 5 minutes later and the flavor is still stuck in my mouth. The rest of the order was good just very disappointed in my wings.
Both our salads were missing the French fried onions. After seeing this message Zaxby's was quick to get in touch with me and the manager called me within an hour to ask when I could come by and get two free salads on them. Customer service is fantastic at this location.
Placed a delivery order of $50, when food was delivered, we received 1 of the 4 items ordered. Called restaurant as well as delivery service both are saying to contact the other. I was just wanting the rest of the food, now I want my money and will never return. This is the 3rd strike with Zaxbys for me. I’m a GM of a casual dining restaurant chain, and always make things right for my guest! No Guest, No Business!!!!
I ordered the salad with a spring roll...
I expected my salad to look exactly as advertised...
It was not anywhere near as advertised...
Some of the lettuce was soggy, not much chicken, n what there was, was not crispy n the spring role was soft, not fresh...
Was very disappointed...
Already used the zaxby listen link too. Ordered through drive through. They got my order right on the receipt but they gave me the wrong order on the plate. Ordered no coleslaw and open the plate to reveal coleslaw all over the fries. It wasn't even that busy.
We LOVE Zaxby’s and by we I mean my 4yo and his bbq chicken wing obsession but the service is so SLOW and it’s not the employee’s fault bc they’re always SO busy! And the pro PRICES are getting OUTRAGEOUS! Forget trying to DoorDash this stuff or you’ll be paying about $50-$60 for a family of 3! Upper management needs to take a lesson from CHIC-FIL-A for real…
Ok.....thus is a place that always has very young people and the service reflects that. Haven't had decent food from this location in the past several visits and there is always something wrong with the order. It's not clean, the food is wrong and sub par, and it's clear there isn't adult present. Very disappointed.
