Ordered the zaxbys tacos and got home and the liner of the container looked moldy and like it was dragged across the floor or something. Absolutely disgusting…why would you give this to someone and think it’s ok. Threw it away and will not be going back. That’s atrocious….
Ordered Cobb Chicken Salad and there was no chicken on the Salad. Called & manager offered to cut up some chicken if I "wanted" to return and pick it up.
UPDATE : DO NOT order delivery! One of my family members has ordered through Door Dash at least 5 times and almost every order is wrong or missing something! The (drink) cup was 50% ice. This isn't the driver's fault of course. Disappointed and downgraded review to 3 stars.
Original review: Though I don't like waiting 5-10min in the drive through for the order, the wait is worth it.I ordered 2 salads (Cobb with crispy chicken & House with grilled chicken) in the evening on 6/27/23. I can't find another drive thru restaurant in Fleming Island that offers an actual LARGE fresh salad.
Terrible experience got food ordered online told us to pull in to a parking spot forgot about us went inside saw the manager texting no one acknowledged me when I went to the counter then when I told then I'm waiting for that order sitting on the counter he scrambled to get my tea when I already had it. I said I was waiting outside for more than 15 min after my pick up time which he replied sorry bro. That doesn't include the gentleman who brought the food out first asked us if we ordered a family meal and a salad and we didn't even have time to reply when he said thanks in a sarcastic manner. Overall terrible experience I'm sure my food will be mediocre as well
After waiting in line for 20 mins, and paid extra for more sauce, why would you only fill it this much? Not worth the drive or the money.
Order food through the drive thru, and after repeating the order 3 times, they still messed up the order. The recite was right. The kid that brought the food out to our vehicle was more fixated on the car, and girls next to us that we had to call out to him multiple times. So we came back to get the order fixed. They didn't even want to acknowledge that we were at the counter. We've had this happen multiple times. I would not recommend ordering from them because they will find a way to mess it up. Now we should have checked every item in the fixed order, but we had faith that they could make chicken nuggets and not mess it up but no these they remade our order, and It was still wrong. Your employees aren't worth 15 dollars an hour.
2nd time ordering food from Fleming Island in the last two weeks and they where out of multiple things no salads at all out of tacos had to wait 15min for them to cook boneless wings. The prices keep going up and the service is horrible.
Went here the other day with my wife. I got some spicy fried mushrooms and she ordered some grilled cheese sandwich with fries. The fries were crunchy and delicious. The grilled cheese was also pretty good and The mushrooms were phenomenal! They are my favorite at this place. The bathrooms were really clean. Also the service was really fast and we got our food within 5 minutes or so after ordering. I'm definitely going to come to this one more often!
