Best WLM Reviews
We visited Zaxbys on Friday evening for the first time ever, seeing that we are from South Africa ???????? and now reside in Madison. The wait was not worth the product's received. To start off, the lady who took our order couldn't focus enough to get the spelling of my husband's name right, who has an English name. He had to repeat it 6 times. It appears that the service at Zaxby is mostly focused on the drive-through section as we had to wait for almost an hour for our order. The quality of the food we received was not worth the wait. The food was tasteless and squished, and the fully loaded fries were supposedly very tasteful and juicy. The fries hardly had any sauce on them, and they were very dry. Definitely not recommend dining here any day of the week.
Came here and tried the new “Mr beast Box” courtesy of Jimmy himself. The box comes with 4 tenders, fries, cheese curds, 2 pieces of toast, and one of the feastables chocolate bars created by the man himself. Overall it was a pretty decent meal for the price, as well as a good portion. The chocolate was not bad either. The toast could’ve use some extra time browning up and the coke drink machine tasted a little radioactive, but the guy taking our order was very chill and hooked us up with tons of extra sauce. Shoutouts to Mr. Beast and the brother working the counter.
No ice in the front of house or drive thru, no drinks but zero, charged for a wimpy sauce, and all workers had attitudes.
Vary bad experience all the way around. Asked for wimpy sauce and was handed hot sauce, and instead of the Zac sauce on my nibblers I ask for ranch (would like to know where it is?!!) We will not be back anytime soon.
Not good. There was a bug in our eating area that flew in my husbands food. We took it to the staff and they said they would redo it. We waited and waited and finally decided to just leave. It’s hard to enjoy your meal after seeing this. I took mines to go after that because I didn’t want it to happen to me too.
My food had a living roach on it. Informed cashier and waited over 10 minutes. While waiting employee's we're talking about the incident. Didn't receive refund so I left.
The two stars are because we had to sit for several minutes. They let the car in front sit at the window instead of moving them to wait for food.
One of the best chicken spots around. Food is always fresh with many chicken options. This restaurant could be compared to Chick-fil-A.
Felt like I was entering a bar with how loud it was inside. The staff didn’t appear to be working, rather conversing amongst themselves. It was a bit uncomfortable to order when the staff and their friends were getting rowdy. The large size of fries came in such a small packaging as well.
