This one is a bit of a story but ends well. Placed an online order for a chicken sandwich and a wings meal for my fam. Unfortunately the order wasn't done right the first time with one of the orders missing chicken and were were also missing sauces for our meal. Spoke with manage Chris and he was very accommodating to make it right and said to come back to make the order again.
Went back to the store a few days days later to see Chris about the order and his staff was there and remade the order with ease. They were extra careful to make sure it was done right and even provided extra cookies for the trouble which my daughter loved. Thank you for making it right and making it easy to rectify the mistake.
We were pleasantly happy with the food and my daughter really enjoyed the cookies.
I came in on yesterday 10/3/2024 and the food was fresh and hot as usual, clean location, nice environment, and great customer service, and nice management ????
The General Manager was very kind and appreciative of my compliments that I made to her while I was sitting down eating.
I’m definitely returning to this particular location.

I ordered 10 fingerz and received 9, other than that I have good experiences here.
Dining area was a bit full but it was 1PM so it was lunch time. The worker taking our order was nice and patient, as we took our time choosing what we wanted.
The place is overall in good shape, not the cleanest but it isn’t wildly dirty like other restaurants. Music isn’t too loud, and the overall noise is in check.
We did ordered Cole slaw, and it wasn’t provided but they did shortly after we let them know. I ordered the phill cheesesteak meal and it was good! I expected it to end bigger but I ended up getting filled up by its size so.
I love this location! I ordered the four fingerz meal with a sweet tea and an extra zax sauce. My food was hot and my order was correct! I will definitely be back!

Stopped in today with my family. Rei provided good customer service by recommending tacos, a selection I’ve never tried here before. Once I received my food, Assistant Manager Eric Whitehead came around the dining room to make sure tables were okay. He went above and beyond to make sure my issue was corrected. I really appreciate customer service like this. I don’t eat Zaxby’s often but when I’m in the area I will definitely consider dining here more often. The amount of respect and consideration he has shown to not just my family but other customers has been exemplary. Such an excellent employee to have.
The think she was the manger. Employees said she was the BIG store manager. She was very rude to me and her employees. She SHOULD be fired. You don't treat the worker bees like that. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT OR ANY OTHER ZAXBY'S AGAIN ANYWHERE. I will be contacting corporate about this. If you read this please stand up for these workers and don't go in there and don't help that manager and owner make (with your hard earned money)
